Pros: Ease of use and pleasant-looking UI. Customizable to some extent. Able to assign multiple reporting officers and direct/indirect reports to a singular employee. Great customer support.
Cons: Needs someone in IT to set-up. Can be a little tough for laymen.
Overall: Thank you Rajitha for your help on upgrading our software to the latest version and dealing with an email notification issue. OrangeHRM was with us at every step of the way. Couldn't ask for better customer service. We highly recommend this product!

Pros: It keeps up with HR trends and is constantly innovating. I love the ability to request custom fields to be created. It has excellent customer service, it's a fantastic system for onboarding new employees. I like the fact that they are continually improving the software. A great HR information system that has many integrations.
Cons: It would be helpful to select what employment status is sent to surveys. I've had some trouble understanding how to do certain things in the program. The hiring component of the tool has some limitations.
Overall: It automates many processes and is a one-stop portal for our employees, saving time for HR professionals and employees. It has allowed our company to easily track vacations. It gives us the right level of reporting and functionality for our company. Tracking a candidate's process is easy and visible to everyone.

Pros: I like all the options for tracking and storing information, it is extremely easy to manage employee data. I love the ability to create automatic reminders. It offers the tools needed to manage HR jobs. I like the fact that all employee data can be centralized. The employee list is always up to date, it is easy to clock in and out.
Cons: I wish there was more integration with payroll features. Support can be difficult to access at times. Some of the auditing features could also be improved. Reporting can be poor depending on the level of detail.
Overall: It contains many useful tools for our organization, there are many additional options if you want to use it to manage performance reviews. It allows you to track your requests in one screen. The onboarding functionalities have been very useful. We can track, manage and report on the data.

Pros: The software is easy to use and requires no training. I like its ability to facilitate the concept of employee management by level. It offers basic features at a price that is affordable for most organizations. I like the ability to manage all employees without having to maintain paper files. I also love how easy it is to navigate between tabs and employees.
Cons: It would be helpful to allow you to select other employees you work with. I would love to be able to exclude a group of people from the satisfaction survey. I wish there were ways to create multiple onboarding checklists.
Overall: We use the payroll feature, which allows for quick and easy management. It has helped our organization consolidate the hiring process. Tracking time off is very easy for people. It allows us to keep everything in one place. It gives me an overview of my remaining days of leave.

Pros: The user interface is simple and easy to use, offering all the basics needed to start a small to medium-sized business. I like that it is very straightforward and that they always have constant updates. I love the onboarding feature and how it can be configured. It is very simple but has the power to handle the needs of the business.
Cons: It would be great to have a workflow builder. It is possible to add more custom details to the reports. Some of the permissions to add other users are not exactly what I need.

Pros: You can track all tasks and activities. The applicant tracking system is intuitive. I love that onboarding was super easy and the time tracking. I like that you can track employee progress. It's great for managing a lot of HR-related activities. It allows me to customize all my different settings. I like that we can store all of the company's documents.
Cons: It's a great product with good features, there's not much I don't like about the platform. Sometimes it would be nice to have a bit more flexibility, the reporting could be improved. We haven't found any major bugs with the tool yet.
Overall: It gives an overview of who's who in terms of structure, it's a comprehensive and easy to use tool for HR. This system is ideal for a company that doesn't have a full HR function. It's great to have all the HR material I need in one place.

Pros: I like the option to send documents to all employees. It has great customization options. I love the ability to have all parties sign the forms. The user experience for employees is also great. I really like the way you can see the staff hierarchy. The system allows our team to access tools to support our organization. Overall it's a great tool.
Cons: It would be nice to be reminded of documents I need. I would like to have a dashboard that includes internal communication updates. Some calendars are a bit difficult to view. A performance review section would be helpful.

Pros: I like being able to add fields specific to each employee. Also, the onboarding tasks are helpful. It is a one-stop tool for your HR documents. I love that we can add custom fields to keep track of our needs. The tool makes it easy to keep track of all your employees in one place. It integrates easily with other tools used in the company.
Cons: Goals should be linked to performance management in some way. It would be great if there could be anonymous peer reviews. Lack of branding apart from the logo. Sometimes there can be delays and not coming online quickly.
Overall: It is a good way to store HR documents. Minimal time is required to train new staff on their roles. It significantly reduces the learning curve for new users. It is very useful because of how easy it is to use and the number of features it has.

Pros: The applicant tracking system is simple. The amount of features and the ease of integration with other applications. I like posting jobs so that we get a lot of applications. I love the ease of use of all the HRIS features.
Cons: I would love to be able to add company events to the calendar. I find the report download feature to be flawed. I wish there was a better overview page.
Overall: It is exceptionally easy to use for both the admin and the end user. Implementation was very easy and a smooth transition. They provide excellent training throughout. It is a comprehensive platform that not only simplifies onboarding tasks.

Cons: You could expand your engagement platform to allow for custom questions. I wish it was more payment-friendly. Timesheets are hard to road.

Cons: The process would be much easier if there were reminders to leave notes. I wish we could control the amount of payroll alerts we receive. Some limitations like customizing filters are a bit annoying.

Pros: Orange HRM helps us manage our human resources. I like that it's very easy to log in and add projects and the time you've logged. I also love that it allows for automated management and permission granting.
Cons: Unlike many other tools I've used, this one loads quickly and allows me to update my data quickly. I love everything about this platform and have nothing negative to say about it.
Overall: Since we are using Orange, time management became very easy and efficient for our entire team. We used to track our time in Excel, but once we got OrangeHRM we were able to manage our time better.

Cons: Nothing to say about the cons, since we are a small team we are good with this.
