Pros: Smooth reservation calendar with drag-and-drop, guests can book in under a minute, looks great on desktop, clean, modern interface, fast and helpful support!

Cons: Took a little time for our team to get used to, but support was very helpful.

Overall: We run a mix of RV, tent, and cabin sites, and Park handles all of it without breaking a sweat. What used to take us hours each week—like invoicing or checking availability—is now basically automated. Their team set us up in no time, and the support has been top-notch. This is the most streamlined our operations have ever been.

Overall: We switched to Park after getting frustrated with our old provider. it's been a so much easier for our staff and saves us on software costs. I also have found more people booking online, I think just because the booking process is much better for guest. Josh has been 10/10 on support, even with my clunky tech skills!!

Pros: I didn't have a very sophisticated website before using park or have a lot of experience with other software tools but this has to be the best campground booking software tool out there. The biggest pro is how much time it saves — guests can book online without needing to call, which significantly reduces phone inquiries. The intuitive interface makes it easy to track bookings, cancellations, and availability in real time, minimizing the risk of incorrect bookings which we had been struggling with.

Cons: As far as cons go, it just took some time to get fully set up and trained since I am not super tech-savvy but their support was great so it was much easier than I expected.

Pros: The onboarding team was friendly, concise, and easy to set up. It is very user-friendly with the drag-and-drop system. Reservations are easy to manage for the camper and campground. The customer service from Park has been exceptional as well, with quick responses and solutions to our needs.

Cons: No cons, just wish I had learned about them sooner.
