    "Great alternative for paid CRMs"

    Pros: It’s a free alternative to some very popular and very expensive CRMs everyone knows. It’s also open source, which makes it even better as you no longer depend on the software producer.

    Cons: sparse documentation seems to be the biggest issue

    Overall: It increased efficiency for accounting and project related processes, and saved us a significant amount of money. Great customization capability, very user friendly.

    "Amazing opensource CRM"

    Pros: It helped us switch from several applications used for different purposes to just one - YetiForce. Now everything is neatly organized and can be easily found.
    YetiForce is free and offers free support.

    Cons: Can't really complain about anything, there are no major flaws.

    Overall: This is the best CRM you can find if you take info consideration the number of features and the quality of the software vs its price (free).

  • Excellent open source CRM! I like how easy to set up and navigate YetiForce is. You can customize pretty much anything you want the way you want. This definitely makes it easier to find the features you need everyday, and the ones that you barely use don't have to clutter your menu. I also like how each of the updates brings something new and amazing to the system. The updates are never only bug fixes or patches. There is always something new and useful that makes working with YetiForce even easier. It has one of the most advanced charts and widgets features I've ever seen in a CRM. They can be placed on the dashboard so all the data you need to quickly check is right there, you don't have to search the system to find it. It's a complete and free CRM that offers free support.
  • One of the best CRM systems I have ever used. Great features for any kind of business. Simple to use if you know what you need as a result. It solves many business problems. It's a "must have" for every sales departments who deals with customers. Also a great tool for managers, who wants to find out how to evolve their teams and increase sales. Guys from Yetiforce are very helpfull. You don't need to be IT expert do implement this software, but you have to know what kind of data you want as a reports. One of the my favourite features is dashboard which gives you the most important business data in a nutshell.

The system is quite easy to install and manage and it’s very user friendly when properly configured. One of the factors that made us choose YetiForce is their beneficial license. The app is fast, secure, looks good and works well.

  • This CRM is excellent. Very customizable. There takes some trial and error, but the list of options you have are staggering. Also, it is free (If you host it on your own server), so that makes it even more appealing.
  • I have been using Yetiforce for over 2 years now. I moved to them after being with Vtiger since 2010. I discovered the team who later went on to create Yetiforce when they used to develop components for Vtiger (their Roundcube email integration in particular) then I saw they had created a new CRM. I thought I would have a play with it and was blown away at how sophisticated it was - even so early on. Straight out the box I was able to add custom modules (no need to go in to the VTLIB (which was messy in Vtiger). No coding experience needed either and it was very intuitive. Over these last to years it has undergone rapid development, and to my surprise, a lot of the components we paid extra for with other systems where built in to Yetiforce. The good thing about this is these components then always work on every version they release (because they are built in) and you don't have to wait months for 3rd party developers to catch up - or pay to get someone else to get them to work again if the 3rd party developers can't do the work soon enough. That also brings problems as it only addresses the problem in the short term! I have used Yetiforce paid custom work service and have to commend them on the quality of the work they did. Their customer support is brilliant - the team are very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the way they handled the process to extract the requirements from me - they gave advice on best approaches (as I had an idea but needed guidance as to how best to execute it). Given English is their second language, the communication was faultless, superb! Yetiforce gives people like me an opportunity to take an idea and create a small business out of it. With a bit of creativity (and lots of determination, you can bring your ideas to life. If you want to build something really special, the Yetiforce team provide an excellent service to help you achieve those goals. What I like about them is they work for major clients, but still have time for us who are just starting out too. Every new release just gets better, and I am always excited to see what it brings.
