That is definitely his voice, there's no mistaking it. He also has a band called Lemon Demon, which sounds exactly like this.

Wow... I first heard the song on Second Life during a giveaway for bird avatars from some prestigious Second Life Avatar group... and I thought it was a good song and funny as heck. Never realized it could be that guy... though he does do some pretty strange things. :3
