I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.



I will only start working on your piece as soon as you claim. Rule is once the sketch is approved you are to pay the full price.

Payments plans MUST be discussed before I begin sketching.



I will not re-do pieces for free. If you have approved the piece and I finish it, then you decide you don’t like something, I will charge half of the price for another sketch and re-ink/color. This does NOT apply if I make a genuine error (color, pattern a character has, etc.)

Refunds:

Refunds must be justified and talked over

I will NOT accept refunds once you have approved the sketch AND ink

I shall refund YOU if I cannot complete your piece for any reason 





~Usage terms~





You may:

Use your commissioned art from me on any social media, as icons or *RP pics, etc. (*So long as it is a character you own)

Print for PERSONAL use (including as a badge or poster, etc.)



*Credit is not needed but is appreciated

*MY SIGNATURE STAYS ON ALL PIECES (it’s small to make sure not to detract from the art)



You are NOT allowed to:

Claim my art as yours (or something you drew)

Trace your commission/make bases out of it

Print for COMMERCIAL use. Commercial use has to be agreed before I begin working, and/or paid separately.



Lastly, you are NOT allowed to use any pieces from myself, commissioned or otherwise, as any form of NFT, crypto, AI art, or anything else associated with it. By paying the invoice you agree to not be dealing in these matters with any work I create for you.
