No they don't. Despite the fact I'm a completely natural citizen of the US, and so was my father, I've gotten pulled over there for 'traffic stops' that were really immigration checks. I could tell this because the officers were making flippant comments about how hispanic I looked and one asked me if I was covering up my 'mexican accent'. (Which I don't have, I speak 'perfect' American english as it's my first language.)

Yeah it sucks in Arizona if you aren't white, and over 70.
