Buyer's Rights:
The Buyer has the right to repost their purchased artwork to any site, and transfer rights of the character of whom the artwork is made (and thus rights to the art itself) to whomever they wish, with or without the Seller's consent.
The Buyer has the right to request a reimbursement of the full amount paid within two weeks (14 days) of completion of the artwork, as long as they have not transferred the rights of, or sold the art provided by the Seller. In exchange, the Seller has the rights to resell the artwork, provided it is noticeably made to resemble a different character.

Seller's Rights:
The Seller retains only the right to repost the image with appropriate watermark to image hosting sites, as well as retain the image for their own portfolio.
The Seller does not retain the right of redistribution or resale unless the Buyer agrees and is reimbursed the full amount paid for rights to the image within two weeks (14 days) of completion of the artwork. In exchange, the Buyer agrees to forfeit all rights to the artwork, unless other terms are agreed upon.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason. The seller also reserves the right to cancel a commission for any reason, and must refund the entire payment to the Buyer upon notification of cancellation.

Payment:
The Buyer will pay the Seller in full within two weeks of placing their order. The Seller, in return, will provide the Buyer with their artwork only if payment has been received in full. Payment is to be made via Paypal, in United States Dollars only (USD), which the Seller will provide a link to payment method, or upon request will create an itemized invoice.
If, within two weeks (14 days) of payment, the Seller has not provided adequate updates or provided the artwork in full by an agreed upon date, the Seller must reimburse all costs to the Buyer. The Seller then shall retain full rights to the unfinished work.
