I thought it might be a good idea to try out making a map of Taria so it isn't all just in my head XD This one is pretty rough :P (only spent an hour and a half on it haha) I like the result so far, but you can definately expect me to make changes to this in the future :P But this is pretty much the shape and all I had in mind :P (I've been putting this off for a loooong time haha)

The continent is quite large. At my current view of it it is about 5000 miles wide from east to west :P So quite a bit larger than america lol. I may make it even larger in the future XD

I'll explain these territories real quick. This just shows where a country has a territorial claim of land. Each one of these colors represents many different countries, but they are labeled as a certain race when the race in power over that land is of that race. The unaffiliated area is a place where where isn't a real dominating power or country, but they still have a significant population. And the unexplored areas aren't necessarily uninhabited, just extremely low population, and no power claims possession over that land.

Hope this clears some confusion up XD I will be referencing areas of land in the comic, so this will be quite helpful ^^ And I'll be sure to make one in the future with the actual countries, and major cities :P As well as one showing the climates. But for now I'll say there aren't any super cold areas except in the mountains, and the equator of the planet is just below the southern tip of the continent, so it is warmer as you head south. Northern areas are mostly forests and plains, and the southern areas are more tropical and warmer year round.
