Oh man, you just know Nick with his sense of humor is dedicated to try to make her laugh. (And probably with little success. )

After all the fun and difficulty Nick and Judy had conceiving Bibi, it would be amusing if Judy's brother eventually did find an online site with an alternate and easier solution to conceiving: a change of diet. Specifically vegetables with an emphasis on leafy vegetables for Nick and heavy protein (insect, fish and poultry-- am going with the idea that birds aren't sentient in their universe) for Judy, although protein in pill form will work for Judy.

I'm sure Finnick would have a lot to say to Nick eating a salad

Hyenas usually only laugh when they are taunting, or if they've found food, and when they do, it's a pretty creepy laugh, but sometimes it can be cute.

I think hyenas actually "laugh" when stressed out or in fear. Pity you used the laughter joke here, since her getting nervous, "laughing," and it making the situation worst since the person thinks she's disrepecting her would have been interesting.

She's an interesting character. I am trying to figure if she's just kind of a jerk for the hell of it, it's cultural differences, or she's Jerkass Woobie who had a rough growing up and feels children need to learn to be tough from a young age.
