The Temayn Species is one of the most underdeveloped species I've ever seen. I've barely put much into it and what I have put into it I don't really find myself fond of. So, I've started to rework them!
First thing's first, the name. Temaiyn isn't the most counterintuitive thing to pronounce. So, instead of changing it altogether, it's been simplified to Temayn. That way pronunciation is more obvious.
The arctic species of the Temayn originate from a small island nation in the North, known simply as Norvarre. It’s a hunting and gathering based society, and is ruled over by a hunting family that’s ruled for generations, the Ranibo Clan. There are 6 clans in total - three major clans, and three lesser clans. The major ones are the Ranibo Clan, the Layte Clan, and the Lokarre Clan. The minor ones are the Strawberii Clan, the Brokkr Clan, and the Odeniir Clan.
I will explore the nation and the clans more later. For now, I just wanted to finally push the Temayn more as a species.
