Rondu has never been a brave man. He was just a nerd obsessed with programming who learned how to manipulate people with scheming and high technologies. His life’s motto is blackmail and deception. He has modified his body, improved its strength and flexibility…but did not manage to deal with his mental health problems. Having perfect strong body is useless if you cannot get yourself together in the face of danger. That's become a problem when Rondu met White. White, that insane and impulsive maniac, he was capable of breaking anyone’s psyche with ease. His voice stirs fear and he doesn't even need strong physical abilities to crash the opponent. His terrifying aura aroused Rondu's curiosity, so he agreed to become an informant for the City Devil in the criminal world.

Unfortunately, White is mentally unstable and has an extremely twisted perception of pleasure. He feasts on human fear, pain and agony. It’s become a stumbling block between him and Rondu…as the latter has to meet him face-to-face from time to time. Their cooperation is very fragile and dangerous, but as long as they are mutually useful for each other, White won't hurt his informant. Maybe.
