Sakikokubunji is a kigurumi-doll performer. If you have further questions, I suggest you send note that way.
In my limited experience these living dolls, kigurumi-dolls or just kigu-dolls are a bit more close-knit and closely guarded than furries, having a mentor/apprentice-style relationships and many of them are or have close ties to furry community. Sainte, my travelling companion thus blurs the line between these two obbies, belonging to both worlds.
And if you think fursuit visibility is limited, well, these performers have usually even more limited view.
