Some people know it, The show "My little Pony" recently ended for real. this is the end of the fourth generation, at least as official tv show. Who knows if Hasbro plans to start a new adventure for a new generation of little ponies later in the future.
To my side, and in brief: years ago, after some really bad and rough times in my life, i was gone for almost two years, stopping all contacts with everything and everyone on internet and in fandom.
and then i discover "my little pony". at those past times, i immediately like the design and colors of those little creatures, and i can sincerely say that those little ponies are the ones who brought me back on internet and to came back toward my Mate and to make me have really good and close friends.
because of MLP, i came back and have great time.
plus, you can see on the picture my ponysona, which is became My main sona/real dragonself later : Nero (he was a unicorn/changeling hybrid)
i know we have all a different opinion about it, some people are Furry, some brony and sometime both. some of my loved ones have absolutely no interest for them, some even hate them.
To my side, i just wanted to make a personal tribute for the end of the show, and Thanks those little colorful creatures, because without them, i wouldn't be there for sure.

It felt like an entire era was over. It’s a little sad that there will be no more stories (well, official) from such an interesting universe, but pleasant memories remain.
And the new series will probably be launched after some time, but it will be different heroes and another world, even if they leave similar names.

I didn't watch too many seasons of the show. I think I watched maybe season 1 and season 2 to figure out what all the fuss was about, and I have to say, I can see why people liked it. Really good writing. Good character development. Heck there was even villians with good story! First few episodes of season 1 were slow and designed for little kids but as the show went on, you could tell they transitioned to a more higher age group to appeal to.
I'm no Brony but I can honestly say that I thought the show was really good. Plus they catered to their fans!(derpy) Recognizing your fanbase instantly skyrockets your validity of a show of any kind.

mlp et en effet une bonne série à mon humble avis de jeune spectateur qui n'a vue que les 4 première saison (univers riche riche et facilement appréciable pour un amateur de donjon et dragon ^v^)
c'est un hommage des plus sympathique que tu a créé, bien que terminer, cette série ferais encore couler bien de l'encre, content de voir que tu en est ^v^

Never saw any of the show but I became a fan and everything from the lore and characters. And sadly, the show, well lets just say I didn't like how it ended that left me me emotionally upset, depressed, and angry for a month or such.
But I'm also a little thankful for the show's lore as it helped give me ideas and concepts and inpsrations for my life's work. But most of all I am thankful for the character Lyra Heartstrings despite her character only being minor, just hated what they did with her.

i'm way less interested in this new gen in CGI. in my opinion, the 2D style of the 4G had way more personality.
it looks like "just" like another CGI show.
i'll wait to see, maybe it will be a good surprise. but i think for me and lot of people "our" mlp gen is the fourth one, and no other one, it is just like that ^^
