Have I mentioned that folklore is awesome? The third of my "Black Dogs of the British Isles". According to legend, a prisoner at Newgate Prison was beaten to death on suspicion of being a sorcerer. And then, if that wasn't bad enough, eaten. Yes, the prison was that bad. Then the ghostly black dog started appearing, and full-out John Wick'ed the murderers until the last few went mad and broke out of prison to escape.

Slightly alternate version here of course- a little soul transformation, a prison cell bar ripped loose for a weapon... same roaring rampage of revenge.
