So this character started off as a cool down sketch, and next thing you know she's a new character! xD

Meet Jasmine 'Jazz' Raynes, a 34 year old courier supervisor, and Himiko's handler. She's a no-nonsense person who reigns in her couriers antics and treats each courier job assigned to them with utmost integrity (especially so since their packages are often highly valuable, secretive, and fragile) and has chewed out her fair share of courier newbies. However as firm as she is on the job she only does because she is fully aware of the dangerous life-or-limb nature of their trade (having been a field courier for 15 years before moving up to handler) and cares deeply about the couriers, especially those under her supervision like Himiko. Outside of work she also knows how to have fun and relax, especially being notorious among her co-workers as quite a charmer and has racked up (and continues to do so) many satisfying one night stands with anyone she fancies.

She also does self-defense and combat training for couriers, with her star pupil being Himiko, who sees Jazz as a someone she trusts with her life and vice versa. Himiko being a victim of a brutal betrayal that cost her three of her limbs weighs heavily on Jazz since she assigned the traitor and Himiko together for that fateful assignment and so does what she can in her powers to help Himiko track down the traitor as a way to make it up to her.
