In short his mother was a normal sylveon but his father was a cinderace from a future that doesn't exist anymore (yes, pmd sky. No, The cinderace wasn't human). and in summary they made a big mess. One day i'll write the whole thing but for now
ivan's passive ability is that everything glitches randomly around him, even him. The glitches are temporary with a few exceptions (keep the porygons away >>). He can use normal fire do to his father but later on he managed to combine it with the glitches, making that glitched fire that may or may not hurt, burn, freeze, paralyze, heal, and a wide variety of other things, it's pretty much "RNGesus take the wheel".
