I think she's base on a caracal? Her species is named Ctarl-Ctarl which is almost like an anagram with a T added. The scientific name for the caracal is Caracal Caracal, hmm.

Artistic Ramble:

This piece gave me a whirl for a while. I can't say this was the original pose in mind, but it stuck after combining different iterations of poses. Also the shading, I was debating on just keeping the shading similar to Hoodwink https://www.furaffinity.net/view/39858110/ but I figured I'd try doing some softer brushes to see if I like it. Honestly I like the prior type of shading, but I was too far in so it is what it is!
