I dont quite get the umbilical cord symbolism here since I didnt play the game but it's still a nice piece with the right amount of color.

According to the game's lore, the umbilical cord is a connection to that other eternity world)

I wanted to say on a more personal/serious note, that Death Standing had such a profound effect on me. Everything from the themes of nonviolence and community to the gorgeous music and visual style stuck with me as I became enraptured with delivering my next packages to save a life or just make someone's post-apocalyptic existence a little happier. I think about that game a lot. So I really love this piece for a lot of reasons.

(But, "Die Hardman"? Kojima you cannot be allowed to make character names. xD)
