Richard is an expert at firearms, and can hold his own in a fist fight. He's also a skilled assassin, and can sneak his way through enemy territory without being detected. He hides mini wrist blades in the bandage-like sleeves of his hoodie, which he uses as a surprise attack on unsuspecting bad guys.

Bio:
Richard Puppy is Dudley Puppy's younger cousin, and is often considered much cuter than he is. He was born in Petropolis, California to Dudley's Uncle Caleb, and throughout his childhood, was fascinated by the assassins of yesteryear. He would spend many hours reading about the history of them, and even made toy assassin weapons out of toilet paper tubes and egg cartons. When he got older, Richard decided to bring their skills to the 21st century, and become an assassin like the ones from the old days.
While his cousin went to TUFF Academy with John Shepherd to follow the heroic example of Kitty Katswell, Richard went on his own way to hone his assassin skills. However, while passionate about it, he keeps failing to hone his skills. But, he never gave up, and he kept practicing his skills with little improvements here and there. In time, Richard began to get the hang of it, and in time, he was able to master the skills needed to be an assassin. He then went on to become a freelance assassin for hire, offering his services to the government in case they need a threat eliminated in secrecy.
It wasn't long before a military officer named Sgt. Stallion became interested in Richard's assassin skills, and believes he could be useful on his team. After Richard was tasked to rescue Stallion from the jungles of Cambodia, Stallion saw that he had lots of potential to be a great soldier, and offered him a position on Team Iron Hoof as one of his scouts. He turned down the offer at first, but quickly changed his mind once he saw three of Team Iron Hoof's members, Cali de Frostbite, Caroline Caniway, and Shine Ortiz. So, he joined Team Iron Hoof, and became the second recon scout to showcase his assassin skills more.
Richard then reunited with his cousin Dudley Puppy, who was now a member of Team Katswell, when Team Iron Hoof met them through a misunderstanding. During a typical conflict between Team Katswell and DOOM, Richard and the rest of Team Iron Hoof jumped in to bail Team Katswell out by defeating DOOM for them. However, Richard immediately recognized his cousin and so did Dudley, and Dudley couldn't believe that his own cousin was an assassin. But, after another run-in with Team Iron Hoof, he was relieved to learn that Richard was on the side of justice, and wanted to help Team Katswell combat DOOM. When General Guar started planning to unleash a deadly virus on Petropolis, both teams teamed up, and Dudley and Richard combined their detonation and assassin expertise to deal with Guar's shoulders. After Guar's plans were foiled, Richard was happy to be reunited with his cousin, and he, along with the rest of Team Iron Hoof, became common allies for Team Katswell to team up with.

Personality & Traits:
Despite being a would-be assassin, Richard is actually very sweet and is pretty much a big kid at heart. He always denies the fact that he's sweet and adorable mostly to make everyone think he's tough as nails, but everyone seems to believe that it only makes him cuter. But, he's definately no slouch when it comes to fighting evil. He wouldn't dare to stand by and see his friends in trouble, and would risk his own skin to rescue them. So, Richard's a tough little puppy, but he's still just so adorable.
Even though he's a big kid at heart, he's a bit more mature than his cousin Dudley, and knows when a situation is serious. But, Richard still loves his dim-witted cousin, and often hangs out with him during family visits and get-togethers. But, Richard's adorable pressence has made him a target for ladies, especially the female members of Team Iron Hoof, but his favorite girl has always been Pretty Kitty Crew member Toria Tondus, after a run-in between the two groups. Toria found Richard cute, and he was smitten by her beautiful looks, and the two would often go on dates together behind their groups' backs.
Richard is also a skilled gamer, and is very knowledgeable about all forms of games, either retro or modern. His favorite game series is "Assassin's Guild," which made his interest in being an assassin skyrocket because of its rich historical facts and fascinating lore. But, no matter what, Richard is still willing to serve his country, and help Team Iron Hoof take any bad guys when need be.
