Powers & Abilities:
Rocko possesses near superhuman strength, and can punch his way through a brick wall in no time flat. And, because of his football background, he can withstand blows from the enemy, and has a kick that knock the wind out of his victims REAL hard. While he's not the best when it comes to sharp-shooting, he does wield a Tommy gun, and fire it pretty well.

Bio:
Rocko Payne was once the captain of the Petropolis High Football Team, and was an all-star player throughout the league. However, when he graduated, his father took him to a neurologist, and he was then diagnosed with schitzophrenia. Because of this, Rocko wasn't able to play in his college's football team, and his dreams of being the next big quarterback were dashed. He decided to focus on being a neurologist himself, and hopefully find a cure for his schitzophrenia. However, he gave into his mental disorder, and went insane. Rocko eventually turned to a life of crime, and became one of the most feared criminals in the world.
Ever since he turned to a life of crime, his crimes took him all over the world, from Austria to China to Yugoslavia to Zambia and everything in between. Despite his mental disorder, he became a mercenary for hire in most countries, and became famous for his ruthless crimes. He even got it on with a few female mercenaries throughout his career. Unfortunately for him, his fun didn't last forever, as a job in Anchorage, Alaska got him in trouble with the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force, who arrested him for smuggling Alaskan crabs into Canada. He was then taken to the Petropolis Institution for the Mentally Coo-Coo after the Chief discovered that he has schitzophrenia.
It wasn't long, though, before he escaped from the Institution and was hired by Cassidy Catz and her sister-in-law Misty to join Team Catz. They were aware of Rocko's mental disorder, and General Guar thought he's just that amount of craziness required to join DOOM. So, when Team Catz kicked Team Katswell out of Petropolis, and split up to cause chaos in Petropolis, Rocko decided to rob the houses in the Petropolis suburbs. Dudley caught him at his mom's house, and engaged in fighting him before he could get his grimy fingers on her. Despite a few holes in the wall, and one or two broken pieces of pottery, Dudley defeated Rocko, and Rocko decided to quit Team Catz, and return to his roots as a mercenary for hire. But since his defeat in Petropolis, Rocko's hated Dudley, and won't rest until he has his pelt on his belt.
Personality & Traits:
As stated numerous times, Rocko suffers from schitzophrenia. Ever since he was a kid, he would often flip flop between a proper, well-behaved young boy to a deranged mean little devil. His parents thought it was a phase, and he would grow out of it eventually. But, during his teen years, it got worse, and his dad didn't know about it until taking him to the neurologist. But, during college, Rocko's schitzophrenia began to take over him, and he eventually became a deranged psychopath.
Even when he joined DOOM and Team Catz, Rocko was the least trustworthy of all the crooks Guar hired. Even Guar himself admitted that he has trouble trusting him with DOOM's most trusted secrets. Because of his mental disorder, Rocko doesn't get along so well with Cassidy and the other members, and would often troll them, and make fun of their unusual traits and features. This makes Cassidy have second thoughts as to why she even brought him on board in the first place.
And, even though he has joined DOOM, Rocko considers himself to be the least loyal criminal to General Guar, and would often back talk General Guar, and call him silly and immature names (which irritates him). He would often alternate his criminal jobs between being a member of Team Catz, and his own individual mercenary business. After Team Katswell defeated Team Catz, and sent Team Catz to jail, Rocko escaped and returned to being an independant mercenary. He never went back to DOOM ever since.
So, there's Rocko Payne for "Team Katswell" for ya.
