I've always loved this scene so much in GDW, and how later on the theme of these two almost drowning in a river and their willingness to selflessly risk their own lives to save the other comes up again.

Yeah!!! I had been a few years since I last watching it, so I decided to rewatch it all like a week and a half ago. Got emotional at some parts too omg but still really enjoyed it overall! Poor Jerome went through hell and back, he was my favorite character haha.
