Author's Forward:
My name is Marie and I am from Melun, in the Gallian Crownlands. I am a trouvere, a storyteller in search of inspiration. Against the wishes of my family, I traveled to this strange land of the Korrigan, this mist-shrouded peninsula on the edge of the world, Breizh. I've heard stories, as you doubtless have, of monstrous creatures lurking in the forests or stalking the moors as Bediz cower in their houses, praying to the gods for daylight to dispel these otherworldly terrors. While I cannot dispel the truth of some of these stories, I can try to set the record straight from my own experiences and research about the peoples of Faerie and the magical creatures of the Bleed. For that purpose, I have compiled my notes into a bestiary.
Starting a new project today, "Marie's Bestiary", shining a light on the peoples and creatures of Alvez, as told by Kroashent's resident storyteller, Marie de France. I hope you enjoy it and am open to suggestions for entries if there is a particular creature you'd like to know more about!
