It's been a long time since I did a cooked meal.

What's more, please note this is quite customizable since you would be using premade puff pastry (making your own would get you more bragging rights, thats true, but it is a BITCH to make in general :P)

~ Use asparagus, peas and spinach for a 'prima verde' style

~ Use apples or pears for sweet and savory
