Regression can strike at any time! Especially for Ozzie, as everyone knows. Here it kind of catches him by surprised, in a rare instance where he is actually wearing underwear instead of a diaper as an adult. Regression quickly fixes that mistake. Hehe
This is another color practice pic for me. The stripes on the tail weren't part of the original art for the adult and baby forms, so I had to add those, which is why they may look a bit janky. I also changed the size of his baby form to be smaller than the mid-stage regression.
