Author’s Notes:
So.... Originally I was going to delete this story, but instead I have decided to re-write it to flesh it out a bit more to expand and extend the previous adventure (three times longer than the original), as well as fix some of the poor grammar from the old version!
If you happen to enjoy it, whether it be the writing or certain scenes, or anything like that, please do let me know! I’d love to know what you guys all think, even if it’s just a goofy comment, it all helps motivates me in creating further content! C:
Now without further ado... The updated story! ——
Before we begin the little story, let’s talk about nature for a moment... Nature played a good role in shaping a lot of our childhoods. It was our first real taste of adventure and independence from the otherwise strict care of our parents in well protected homes. Whether it be wondering in the backyard, to running around in a large park, to walking up a hiking trail, you felt open up to explore the “outside world” in ways you couldn’t while in the safety of indoors.
Sure, you felt exposed to the elements and you could hurt yourself... But that was part of the charm. It was your first real choice to risk your own harm to satisfy your own curiosities about what these ‘new’ outside things were, or what laid in that little corner just behind all of that foliage. Plus, getting a little hurt wasn’t all that bad (especially after getting a colorful Band-aid)! That little scratch on your arm was worth discovering that little hole in the tree, and that graze on your knee was worth discovering that you could slide down that muddy hill with a piece of cardboard.
It was your first lick of independence, and it was freedom in it’s purest form.
This is the idea of what this following little narrative is based on... Inspired by the young childhoods of many, including my own. That special little journey through nature as a young scamper... With the addition of a nice cuddly and silly aesthetic to help ensure that there will no serious consequences to the little adventure that lays ahead!
So lets begin, shall we?
—-
Imagine yourself, in your own fursona-self, back during your wide-eyed days at the age of 2 or 3 years old, or an adult with a young heart (pick whatever clicks with you most!)... Take a second to appreciate what this truly means... At an age just old enough to start forming live-long memories and express your own unique personality, but while young enough to depend on your parents on your every need and want, including caring for your absolute lack in potty-training skills.
You are filled with a blossoming sense of curiosity... You just want to touch, grab, hold and chew anything you can get your paws on! No matter how big or small, no matter the texture, no matter the weight, you just want to know about everything! You just have this overwhelming thirst to explore the world around you, whether it be in your humble childhood home or the vast outdoors, to discover every nook and cranny to learn all the secrets that this exciting giant world contains.
Unfortunately, all of those exciting secrets laid outside... Inside? Pfft! You already explored underneath the couches, gave your plushie a bath, and adventured in the linen closet... Such short-lived adventures due to their tiny spaces and limited possibilities, as well as nosy parents who will stop you before you can start having some real fun, like stuffing the toilet with rubber duckies or sticking a fork into an electrical outlet.
Mom and Dads are always interrupting the fun! I mean, just look at you now.... Tucked into your toddler bed for the night at 5:30pm on this summer evening, freshly bathed and diapered for the night ahead... This sucks, you are not tired! And just look the light beaming between the gaps of the closed curtains. It is bright and shining outside! Plus it looked like the day’s rain had subsided too, meaning it is perfect time for adventuring outdoors. But your Mom and Dad wants you to sleep? Now? How unfair! Tomorrow is too long to wait! And what if it starts raining tomorrow? This is very unfair! You lay grumbly in your bed, filled with energy you can’t use as you toss around under your sheets.
Your sleeping attire is pretty simple... Dressed in a t-shirt with your favorite character show plastered on the front, all in a palette of your favorite color (one of your favorite t-shirts for sure!) All along with a plain white thick disposable diaper with a soft and fuzzy cloth-like exterior fastened onto your hips with the use of distinct yellow tapes on either side, secured to the landing-zone with an iron grip... You know that garment was not coming off your rump anytime soon, it could handle the most rambunctious of tykes!
A well-chewed pacifier in your mouth becomes your main outlet for venting your frustration as you jostle it from one side of your mouth to the another side. Nope! This won’t work! You must adventure the outside world, and it must be now.
You spit out your rubbery pacifier across the room, before throwing back the sheets and tip-toeing onto the carpet... Surely if you can just sneak past your parents and out the back door, you will be home free to explore the outside world! I mean that should be easy enough, they were in the living room watching some boring ‘grown-up’ shows on the TV, you’ve just gotta be quiet...
A few light footsteps later, dodging your squeaky plushies and loud plastic toys, you manage to get to your bedroom door with the stealth of a ninja... Leaning up, you twist the knob as you gently push the door open just enough to make your escape... You now just need to slide through and... Done!... Now to just close the door behind you and... Done done!
Your tail twitches with anticipation, a light cloud of talcum powder exuding from the tall elastic rear waistband of your nappy, showing it’s relative freshness. Those ears of yours automatically prick-up and point to the direction of the living room, where you could hear the audio of whatever television show they are watching... Perfect... With even more lighter steps, you make your way slowly down the hallway and ever so quietly sneak past the living room doorway, the light rustling of your diaper the only audible sound coming from you.
Fortunately for you, this “news” TV show they liked to watch is captivating their full attentions, so your crinkly-butt has avoided capture this time!
Now for the final obstacle... The backdoor...
But first, you can’t forget your boots! You needed the right footwear after all! You collected the pair of toddler-sized rubber boots sitting by the front door (in your favorite color of course!). You begin the troublesome task of slipping them on your toosies, dropping quietly onto your diapered butt on the doormat as you lift up your feet to slide on each boot... First with your left foot... Then with your right foot... And ta-da! You now had snugly booted feet ready to handle the outdoors.
With a flick of your snout, you check back to see if your Mom or Dad saw what you are up to... No? They haven’t noticed a thing?... Phew... Thank goodness!
You give each foot a quick shake to make your boots are ready for the adventure ahead, all before reaching up to grab the handle of the backdoor, pulling it down with the softest metallic creaks as you push on the door lightly to swing it ajar. Squeezing yourself out through the modest gap, you close the door in the most delicate manner possible, making sure it doesn’t make noticeable noise and... Ta-Da!... Mission accomplished! Your tail couldn’t contain it’s excitement as it begins to wag rather wildly, the back of your rectangular diaper folding and stretching with each sideways wag.
The smells of wet earthy scents rising from the soaked grass and gardens circling the house hit your snout, along with the sight of those sun-rays bouncing off the shiny puddly lawn into your eager eyes... Oh boy, fun times lay ahead!
But now that you are outside... What now? What do you plan on doing? Just play in the backyard and risk getting caught? Of course not!... See those tall side fences of the neighbors converging to a simple fence-line at the back of the yard? Well behind that fence-line stands your ultimate destination... The woodlands! A seemingly endless place containing all kinds of fun things that your parents would never let you explore... But guess what? They are not here right now to stop you, so you are free to do whatever you want... Hehehe.
You couldn’t wait! You leap off the back porch as you land on the freshly rain-soaked lawn. The ground felt squishy beneath your boots, sinking into the dirt for half-an-inch before you heaved it up to take the next step, leaving a trail of boot-prints behind you... Despite the sun now shining, the whole day’s worth of rain did left a rather cool linger in the air, nothing that a brave little youngster like you couldn’t handle though.
The backyard fence, about as tall as you were, laid in front of you. With it’s twin timber railing, moist from the afternoon rain, should be manageable for you to climb over! You reach up to take a grip of the upper railing, holding on tight as you place your right boot onto the lower railing... You hop lightly on your left foot before you heave yourself onto the lower railing. During your climb, the rectangular padding of the back of your diaper distorts as it horizontally folds and creases with each visceral sway of your tail, each instinctual wag helping counter-balance yourself on this fence.
Careful...
Careful...
With a feeling that you have regained your sense of balance, you feel a little more confident on the fence. You begin to hike-up your leg over the top railing... Wobbling around as you rub your diapered rump against the upper timber, working your leg over until you land it on the other side and safety on the lower railing again, as if you are riding a horse.
First foot over! now time for your second...You begin to lift your right foot over the top railing as you firmly grasp the fence with both of your paws to hold your balance. You feel your diapered rump brush-up against the wooden railing, the fuzz of your cloth-backed diaper grasping the fibers of the wood, acting like velcro as you feel mild resistance pulling back the seat of your nappy. A little tug of your rump frees your crinkly rear from the wood, a couple stands of diaper fluff is left behind on the coarse timber railing as you finally heaved that second foot of yours over- the-top and back down on that lower railing. Success! You navigated over the fence! Your tail lets out a quick little waggle of joy!
Now... Time to get down from this fence. That should be easy! All you need to do is take a step down onto the muddy ground below, taking that right foot down and... *WOOSH*... Just like that, you found your left foot skidding across the timber plank, tumbling you over on your side as your drop down onto the grass with dull THUD! Heck! These fences were sure slippery, not even your tail could counter-act such a slip! Fortunately, the lushest grass below acts as a soft cushion to your surprise fall.
You give out a light groan as you sit up on this bed of grass, a few shining colorful stars start circling your head in an orbiting fashion, while the pupils in your eyes spinning around like a golf ball being sunk into a hole. The fall has clearly left you in a state of daze! You give your head a quick shake, knocking off those dizzy stars while your eyes returned to their usual wide-eye selves.
Huh...? What were you doing again? Oh yeah, going on an exciting adventure! You lean yourself forward to grasp the ground with your front paws, before clumsily tucking your boots underneath you and heaving your rump upwards. Those newly acquired light grass marks could be seen on your diaper by the local wildlife as you manage to scamper yourself on your feet once again.
Well... Not as elegant as you hoped, but you made it over! You quickly brush-out your now mud- stained t-shirt, and give your mildly dirty fur a quick shake.
The real adventure can begin!
Stepping through the freshly soaked soil, you trod through the unkept overgrown wild grass in your brightly colored boots as you enter the “woodlands.” Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! Your eyes and ears perk up at the tall trees now towering over you, feeling like leafy giants surrounding you as you stumble further into the woodlands. The smell of soaked pine mixed with a fresh musky smell of the moisten soil hits your snout, while the sounds of crunching leaves beneath your boots hits your ears. The terrain begins to slope lightly downwards as you wobble around the light bushes, your house now disappearing behind you stumble further into the woods.
This strong sense of separation begins to fill inside of you... Finally... Away from that boring home and your restrictive parents, you are now free to do whatever you want!... Your tail bursts with excitement as it gives a few sharp wags.
You are now fully encapsulated by the untamed woods, with the late afternoon sun-rays beaming through canopy of the trees overhead and the bushy foliage surrounding you from all sides...... You may have not been too far from your house, but with no signs of your home, your neighbors homes or anyone else, you may as well have been 500 miles on your lonesome inside this wilderness.
It is now just you and only you in this forestry wonderland, and that is exciting!
The slope is an easy enough challenge for you to overcome. Just take it nice and slowly down the low-angled incline, your trusted tail fulfilling it’s duties in balancing your descend downwards, along with each squishy step acting as an anchor to help prevent any further stumbles. Your eyes locks onto something at the bottom of this bushy slope laid... A creek. The three inches of water gently flow down in the crevice of this gully-way. That looks like fun, you thought as your tail gives a light waggle. You gently and carefully navigate the end of this downwards muddy leaf-ridden hill as you arriving at the edge of this little waterway.
You make your way towards the bank, taking a shaky step on the loose river-stones beneath your muddy boots. Your ears are filling with the echos of the flowing creek. A wet scent hits your snout as you begin to take a good look at this baby river, filled with the day’s rain as it sprinkles in the evening sun, the little stones looking like giant islands against this small body of water. There is only one thing that engulfs your mind at this little watery sight...
You start eyeing the creek....
Your tongue poking out the side of your mouth with high anticipation, you give your tail a few quick wags... And then... SPLASH! You jump into the waterway as a large splatter of water flies off to the banks, you let out an amusing giggle as you stomp around in the water...
Splish Splosh Splash!
Gosh, how fun is this! You continue stepping around in the flowing creek, making the biggest splash you could! Pfft... And your Mom and Dad wanted you to be in bed? How boring and dull, this is a far better use of your time!
The sounds of flowing water did trigger something else that you didn’t expect, or notice... A sudden warmth expanding in the lower-front of your diaper, spreading up the front and down your crotch as your nappy folds out in a bulging “V”-shape between your legs. The once airy and fluffy stuffing of the diaper has now stiffen and became somewhat squishy, the cottony frilly leg guards containing your own self-made creek with absolute ease. Now finished, a light yellow tint is present on that soft fuzzy outer white shell of your ultra absorbent diaper, and the garment feels warm against the mildly cool air that is brushing up against your thigh.
But did you mind? Pfft... Nope! Dry? Soggy? Why would a youngster like you care about your diaper? It didn’t affect your far more important playtime after all. In fact, you didn’t even notice what was happening down there... It is your diaper’s job after all to take of that ‘icky stuff,’ and you couldn’t care less!
Now back to the way more important business at hand... Exploring the woods! You eventually grow bored of the little creek, especially after realizing you can’t stop the flow of the water no matter how hard you tried with your boots...Oh well, goodbye creek. Time to continue on with the adventure!
With one big leap, you jump from the body of the creek and land squarely onto the opposite side... Well that was fun! What other little secret spots does the woodlands hide, waiting for you to discover? You just can’t wait to fun out!...You look downstream as the creek seems to create this little path that you could follow, surely something else fun must be down that way! You give your boots a quick shake to flick off the excess water from them, little clumps of muds from beneath your soles flying off into the bank. Your tail wags again as you emit a subtle squish behind you, stepping forward as you toddle down the little gully-way.
It is a quite the journey alongside this creek, criss-crossing across the body of water whenever the ‘path’ looks easier to navigate on the other side. The loose peddles did make it tricky at certain moments, your boots didn’t always get a good grip as you walk along the creek, but fortunately your trusted tail help kept you balanced and safe from falling face-first into the water.
Despite those minor troubles, you are having the time of your life! The sights, sounds and the smells are all sooo... Magical. You were captivated by the woods, and you feel like a true adventurer just like in your favorite cartoon shows, not some little dumb helpless baby! A real big boy/girl!
You begin seeing a clearance off the creeky trail, as if the path is guiding you away from the wet gully-way and into a more lush grassland. Intrigued, and with your ears perking forward, you eagerly follow this new path... Away from the creek and towards a new attraction.
Just up a small slope, the path welcomes you into this grassy wonderland in the middle of this forest... Flowers lay all around this grassy valley, encompassing an array of bright colors that distinctly stood-out 'against the grey-greens of the forest trees and bushes. They were "pretty," you thought! You toddle on over toward a particular bunch of yellow dandelions by the tree trunk of an aging evergreen. Crouching down, your now cooled diapered rump is nearly touching the ground as you reach your paw forward and pick one of the dandelions from the bundle. You lift it up to your snout and give it a big sniff... Mmm... They smell like sunshine!
The lovely odor upwards through your nose and up in your head, cradling your brain as it begins to paint vivid imaginations inside your mind... Heavenly... You have fully lost yourself in the atmosphere of these untamed woods. Your eyes closed, and ears gently flicking at light gust of wind breezing through the towering tree branches, broken up by the occasional sound of a songbird whistling a merry tune in the trees... Peaceful...
Your eyes perk back open, and quickly scan around to see if you can find any other types of flowers... Of course there are! You see a long purple one, which you quickly conclude smells rather sweet. How about this red one? Mmm... Smells like the stuff you would put on top of a birthday cake! Ooo... How about that blue one over by that tree? You decide to drop down on all fours and crawl over to the nearby tree that harbors those alluring rich royal blue flowers, completely unbothered by the mildly soaked grass and soggy leaves squishing underneath your paws and knees... Your fur is going to get filthy, but who cares? You are having a blast!
So what did these cobalt-colored floral specimens smell like? Well all you need to do is bend your head down, front paws planted on the ground while your rump raises upwards behind you, place the tip of your snout into the bud of the flower and... Sniff Sniff... Wha? Nothing? Hmph!
Disappointment aside, your ears perk at the sight of something small and colorful emerging out of that recently sniffed flower... A ladybug! You knew that from those picture books scattered across your bedroom floor.
Hello little ladybug! How are you?
You squeak at the little insect... Your snout almost touching the tiny guy! You get a good view at the vibrant red shell, and the dark black dots that scattered across it’s body... It is quite the pretty little thing!
Your tail wags sky high from your hoisted rump, excited from meeting your new little friend... Until it suddenly stops and stiffens, as if it had a mind of it’s own, sending a shiver up your spine as it holds straight up in the air like a flag-pole.
You know what was going to happen... Like a lever, the base of your stiffen tail inches upwards, a classic sign that 'nature was about to take it's course.' Your body tenses up as you feel this hot steaming mass expand into the seat of your cold wet diaper. A subtle lump grew underneath your tail as the warm droop contrasts the cool air outside. The leg cuffs continue to stay snugged around your thighs, keeping the new contents nice and safe inside your diaper. Semi-transparent green cloudy fumes start to waft up from the rear of your diaper, resembling the wisps of a burning candle as they signal to the outside world of your dirty diaper, before fading-up into nothing just a few feet away from the source of the stench.
The tension slowly disappears as you let out a deep breath... It is done. You are granted back control of your tail as few quick wags to re-instate your command over it, shifting the smelly contents around your rump...
Ah... That felt better! Now, what were you doing? Oh yeah!.. You focus back on that ladybug, who has taken to opportunity to unfold it’s hidden quad-wings and taking off into the air, flying off to the side as it disappears into the distance... Seems the little fella didn’t want to become a victim of your rump’s newly acquired foul odor.
You on the other paw? You couldn’t care less about that hot steaming mess in the back of your freshly soiled diaper. I mean why should you? That’s your diaper’s job. You just want to play and explore this forestry land, and a dirty nappy isn’t going to interfere with that... In fact, you’ve already forgotten what you’ve done back there! Clean, wet or messy, not your problem!
Now, back to the actually important stuff... Exploring the woods!
You see a path that leads out of this grassy area, heading towards the more deeper into the heart of the woods with thicker bushes and more trees... Looks like more adventure! You pull your feet underneath your body before pushing up from your front paws to heave yourself back on your two boots, your T-shirt now heavily stained with traces of grass and mud after that little flower searching adventure... Oh well, onwards! You toddle out of this grassy wonderful and down this new path, your boots squishing in the wet soil and leafs below as your mild diaper droop swings from side-to-side underneath your tail, those visible green stink vapors trailing right behind you.
The trail is much narrower than the creek trail, but nothing that you couldn’t handle. The windy corridors takes a little work to navigate as you squeeze through. The large boulders and bushy bushes on the side made the path not quite large enough for a grown-up, but were enough for a little scamp like yourself. Outside of your shirt snagging the sides of a few pointy rocks, leaving some clear distinctive tears in the garment, you are doing great as you wiggle through the gaps... This is a challenge, sure, but you were ready for a challenge! And this path just needs to be explored!
Eventually, you’ve done it... The narrow path begins to widen up.... Ooo... What is this new place!
Old trees cover this hilly valley, some grown mighty and tall, while others have fallen and rotten from the many centuries this woodlands has existed. This wonderland of turned trees looks like it could hide many more secrets! You squish on over to one of these aging giants, your boots sinking into the sloppy dirt and leaves, feeling like little suction cups on your feet as you arrive at the trunk. Placing both paws on the moss-covered tree truck, feeling that wet bark sensation sink into your paw-pads as you lean forward and tilt your snout upwards to look and behold at these towering beasts... They seem to stretch up forever into the evening sky, right into the clouds you believe!
The seat of your lumpy diaper acting as a dandling weight as your tail wags at the sight of these gigantic cedars, swinging from side-to-side in a delayed motion. Audible squishing could be heard as you felt your droopy seat tug downwards on the tapes, but those tapes held strong, not even a one ton anvil could drag it the down!
You take one last breath at this enormous specimen of plant life, before pushing back with your paws as you straighten yourself and turn back around. Signs of a now setting sun is becoming obvious to see, an orange glow spread across the now darkening landscape, the grass and bushes looking more dark blue than the luscious greens this forest once had... Time to move on!
Where to next? Home? Pfft... Nope! You are still having so much fun! Ooo... That looks interesting!
Taking a muddy step forward, you begin to toddle over towards that path which lead you to this little place, navigating around the old fallen trees to see if that the trail continues on... Yes?... Wonderful!... More fun must lay down that little road!... You safety jump back onto the mysterious path and toddle along to see what lays ahead. The green wispy fumes continue wafting up from that light dirt and grass stained nappy.
A few minutes down this undiscovered path, a little hinderance has appeared traveling this little trail a little more complicated... A bunch of loose but heavy branches are piled ahead in front of you, stopping you from making any more progress down this path!... Hmm... You can’t just walk through them... But... Aha!
A brief lightbulb shines over your head as you realize you can just simply crawl underneath them! What a genius little guy/girl you are!
You drop back down on all fours, and like a housecat, you scamper underneath the wet branches. With some careful maneuvering through the gaps beneath the branches, you are able to inch yourself slowly underneath this hurdle, even if you need to frequently stop to move some light twigs out of the way. It is slow going, but you are making progress again!
In the middle of this whole ordeal, your ears instinctive flick at a buzzing sound now filling the air. It seems you have attracted the attention of a new 'little friend.' The sounds of that annoying buzzing fills the air as you spot a black fly appear in front of you. You shoo the pesky thing away with your paw, and the sound dissipate as it buzzes away... Go away fly!
However... The buzzing sound arises again, this time behind you. The fly has it's eyes on a new prize as it circles around your diaper for a minute, weaving between the stink lines before promptly landing right on your diapered rump. This caused the buzzing to crease yet again, as the fly starts crawling around in brief bursts across the rear of your diaper. Every now and again, a sudden flick of your absentminded tail would cause the fly to take off, buzz around haphazardly your rear for a moment before landing square-back on your diaper-seat... It seems the fly considers your full nappy it’s new home.
This process continues repeatedly without fail, but you aren’t too bothered as you are primarily focused on getting through this branches!
Finally, you reach the end of the "branchy maze" as you see a clearing on the other end... Hooray! Now you just need to wiggle through under this branch, and around that twig, and you are all good to...
...Hang on...
You start feeling something pulling back on your diaper? A question mark appears above your head as you turn your snout around to check what has snagged your soiled diaper... You see some loose twigs which has grasped the cottony gauze of your diaper! You again try crawling forward, but the twigs tense up as the seat of your nappy strains back and stops you from going any further forward... You are snagged!... Hmph!
A minute of pulling yields no results, and your incapability to remove this sturdy diaper means you are stuck here!... Well... Until you had another sharp idea!
With another light bulb over your head, you promptly give your rump a few calculated shakes, with each side-to-side shake getting stronger until...
*SNAP*
... The twigs break off and drop to the forest floor. You are free! Woo!
You gave a quick pant of happiness along with a gleeful squishy-wag of your tail, proceeding to continue crawling on with your adventure! The trail of green stinky cloudy mist from your soiled diaper follows right behind you, marking your path as it fades into nothing about away from you. Your ears once again hear the buzzing of that black fly as it continues to tail behind you, determine to experience your dirty diaper in all of it's glory...
With the barricade handled, you stand up onto your boots, your tail needing to make a few swooshes and sways to balance yourself against the weight of your clammy droopy diaper. You were a mess, from your very dirty torn t-shirt, to your muddy-stained fur, to your soiled ironclad taped diaper with dirt and little twigs clinging off it’s cottony exterior... But yet, you are having the time of your life!
You follow that unhindered trail for a good little while, nice and easy as it curves around the slopes and enough room that didn’t need to squeeze through any more obstacles. That fly continues to buzz around your nappy for the whole trail, but other than that little pesky thing, you are completely alone on this path... Even the birds had tucker-in for the night as the sun continues to set, the forest starting to get noticeably darker and less colorful as you continue forward on your little adventure.
What is at the end of this little trail? Hopefully something good! Something fun! Something... beautiful...
A waterfall.
Your eyes widen as the trail concludes at this magnificent sight! Six feet tall and reflecting the vibrant oranges and reds of the setting sun, you could say with all your confidence that is your most favorite thing you’ve found in the woodlands... Better than the creek... Better than the flowers... Better than those tall trees...
You didn’t have any more thoughts than that... It just looks pretty!
Walking up to the sprinkling shower of water, you give your tail a tired-wag before taking a sit at the bank of the pond it is filling up, resulting in a vocal squish sound emitting out of your diaper... Well... Isn’t this nice? You watch your glamouring reflection in the waterfall as you take in it’s delightful sight, spending several minutes just using your imagination painting all kinds of pictures with the pouring water.
Ahh...
So peaceful... So calming...
...
…
Well... I guess it is time for you to head back. By the look of those drowsy bubbles rising from your head, you are starting getting to get a little tired. Plus there isn’t going to be much more sunlight left to continue on this little adventure of yours, but you seem pretty satisfied with what you discovered and explored this evening. It’s going to be quite the long journey back-tracking home... But hey... You are a big kid, you can handle it! All you need is to walk back home and sneak back into bed without getting into too much trouble!
——
That concludes our little journey... I hope you enjoyed this little piece of experiment writing!
Again, I welcome any comments, big or small, on this story as I really do enjoy them... And it helps inspire me if I ever want to write more stories. c:
Until next time, take care everyone! :)

Thank you for the kind words, Grif! I had a lot of inspiration from my childhood to cramp the details and help try make you 'feel' you were that "vulnerable young adventurer" exploring the big scary but exciting woods.
Perhaps I will write more in the future, if I find the inspiration again. :3
