Ok, so, for whatever reason, I went on a cringe-filled spree of browsing my old arts and some Rio fanart on deviantART back on Tuesday or so. With that, the 2 AM me devised a very bright idea of attempting to paint Jewel in full tactical gear, one last time.
So, well, this would be my first (and most probably last...operational one at least) Rio fan art after like around 5 years of hiatus. As the name implies, "Perla" is basically the Spanish name for Jewel in the subsequent releases in said language. Featuring Jewel reloading her signature AAC Honey Badger, as in my old artworks/story. And of course I have to make her anthropomorphic in order to keep it in form with my current artworks. Not gonna lie, this has been quite fun to make as a throwback!
Full camo version, inspired by the mud camouflage the Spix macaws used in Rio 2:
