"How long has it been since the time of great living? The world seems to have lost count."
Littlefoot
Gender: Male
Age: 12
Species: Longneck (Apatosaurus)
Affiliation: The Treestar Chasers
Biography:
Ever since he learnt how to walk, Littlefoot has always been rearing for adventure! He's constantly curious about the world and is always asking to know more about the 'The Time of Great Living', a time when skyscrapers stood tall, conflict was minimal, and when most dinosaurs lived in massive cities with food and luxury in great abundance, it was the topic which his mother was researching before her tragic death.
Upon reaching one of the last standing cities in the world, The Great Valley. Littlefoot formed a team called the "Treestar Chasers" with all of his friends (except Cera unsurprisingly) agreeing that he should take up the role as their team leader for any future adventures and expeditions. Littlefoot graciously accepted the role, and has been leading his friends on many wild adventures to this day!
Although, not everything goes smoothly to plan... during one of their adventures, while leading a group of Fast Biters away from his friends, he slipped and had a horrific fall which shattered his right knee, before he could be mauled to death, he was thankfully saved by a powerful Longneck named Doc, who took him to safety and helped stitch his knee back together, and eventually helped him reunite with his friends, after a few months in crutches, Littlefoot eventually regained his ability to walk with the help of a custom leg brace he built.
Littlefoot has continued prepping himself for more and more adventures, improving on his tools and gadgets, and also exploring new places of interest, in hopes of completing his mother's research, and also hoping that one day, the world can return to a similar time of peace
Skills:
Being born to a family of Researchers and Explorers, Littlefoot's intellect about the world and its technology is probably one of his best aspects, his knowledge to craft and create a wide variety of tools and equipment for him and his friends has been essential to their successes. Another great trait of Littlefoot's, is his knowledge to think and act quickly to improvise in tight situations, he also learns from his shortcomings, such as if he came ill prepared for something, or if he's made a mistake in the past, he will take note of it and seek to correct as soon as he can in his next adventure. (For example, he added Kneepads to his outfit after his fall.)
Littlefoot also loves to create and research new things, and can often spend hours tooling away in his Grandparents workshop, he's created Lockpicking tools, grappling hooks, climbing picks which can double for digging, torches which can be ignited just by friction, communication radios which can be charged by hand, and even a fully functioning compound crossbow. Along with a whole plethora of gadgets for his friends.
Littlefoot is also slightly slower after his fall, and has a constant limp whenever he walks, while he can still run, his leg injury forces him to do so at more limiting pace, as flat out sprinting can cause him to injure himself further, and should only be used in the most dire of situations.
In this image, Littlefoot is shown carrying one of his Friction ignition torches, he also appears to have found something in a darkened jungle which seems to have sparked his interest.
Notes:
Hey, remember that little thing I did almost a year ago where I imagined the LBT characters in a Post-Apocalyptic setting? Well... I never forgot about it! I was just working on some parts of it behind the scenes, writing ideas, scenes, building on characters and locations etc. I just want to update a lot of the old designs because they just look embarrassing... as it's just stuff I made on the fly.
Some keen eyed viewers may know the outfit Littlefoot is wearing in this picture from somewhere, and that's because I've been experimenting with Heroforge for outfit designs!
Update, added a few more details of the picture, Littlefoot's head is changed to be sleeker and smoother, more Apatosaurus like. Shoulder armor looks chunkier and thicker instead of the weird flimsy thing I drew. Leg brace is now much more durable looking. Changed a few colors and removed the green stripe across his chest.

EEEEEEEK I LOVE IT!!! This is what I imagine might happen if COVID-19 ends all human life and re-animates the dinosaurs!
I would call it Land of the Lazarus effect. The only thing that could make this even better is if dragons were somehow born into the new dino world too.
Really wish to see Ruby, Chomper, and Ducky next, since they were my favorites.

Oh, how I've missed reading these biographies / stories for your LBT AU. They always get my imagination fired-up to the point I swear I can see the actual video playing out for the characters and/or video game gameplay mechanics.

You did an awesome job in introducing Doc. When Littlefoot got his knee injury and was in danger, I did not know who, or what, may have saved him from certain doom. 'The Lone Dinosaur' was a great choice for how he is a seasoned Sharptooth fighter who really inspired Littlefoot in 'Land Before Time VI: The Secret of saurus Rock'. (I believe Doc still held Littlefoot's respect and adoration during the TV Series, too.).
***
Littlefoot has always been the one who comes up with solutions to problems in the movies and show. This makes me ideal as a AU character who is able to act fast during difficult times, or situations. Adapting after his injury is also very motivational for anyone who may have doubts about 'The Treestar Chasers'. My guess is that Littlefoot was so thankful for Doc rescuing him that he really wanted to do all he could to show his appreciation to 'The Lone Dinosaur'. Doc, preferring to venture on his own, eventually gets Littlefoot to promise that the best way to repay him is to keep 'The Treestar Chasers' going strong by using his unique talents to compensate for his bad knee.
***
I'm sure there are lots of adventure possibilities where Littlefoot is able to take resources he brought with him to craft useful tools while exploring beyond the walls of 'The Great valley'. The TSC may find old buildings with locked doors that Littlefoot will need to use his abilities to open. They may also run into trouble in places that only Littlefoot's fast thinking can create a Win / Win solution for.

I'm busy with another one of my series; Dino Daycare, at the moment. So LAT is put on the backburner for now.
Although... Dino Daycare is a sequel to LAT, and takes place after the world has been rebuilt. There are many hints to this, such as Tracy being heavily implied to be a future descendent of Cera's family line, as they both have the last name "Topps", dinosaurs of all kinds living together, an evil faction from LAT known as the "Puritans" being mentioned in Ourano's background, the Dactyl Trading Company, an antagonistic faction from LAT, still being around and now serves as one of the main antagonists in the world of DD, and the Great Valley, being renamed to the "Grand Valley", which is now a city of scientific innovation, and technological progress.
Also, Dino Daycare has it's own version of Hyp, Mutt and Nod. Those being the group known as the "Jurassic Punks" consisting of Franco (Carnotaurus), Ronnie (Riparovenator), and DJ (Amargastegos).

I'd say the characters would be pretty different considering the different circumstances they were born in. I think Lucy and Tylus would be the closest to their original selves in the LAT verse, as they come from fairly hash upbringings, in fact, Tylus may as well just be Shorty from LAT. I think the character with the largest variation would easily be Maxwell, since in this universe the relationship between Greentooths and Sharptooths are still really shaky, since Dakotaraptors in the LAT universe is a genetically engineered elite raptor units built to lead packs, but... there were no children Dakotaraptors as they were all 'created', so he would be an adult that was possibly either reformed or un-indoctrinated. Although in the Dino Daycare universe, Dakotaraptor has been altered to be more or less akin to Utahraptor, and they can now naturally reproduce.
As for the LAT characters in DD, I'd think their personalities would mostly be the same, although toned down, as it's no longer the apocalypse. Littlefoot would still have a love for engineering and tinkering, although without the experience with exploration, his creations may not be as rugged or well tested in this AU. Spike would be very similar to Clay from DD, he would still be in diapers and require Ducky or a guardian to assist him everywhere he goes, because canonically, Spike has Down Syndrome and is completely mute in LAT, giving him the mindset of a child, even at older ages.

Expanding on this a little, clay would probably be less babyish considering circumstances but would still be rather quiet. I can see him taking an interest in old world tech and trying sketch them out either for just arts sake or even blueprints in fact that would probably be his motivation for exploring. “Gameplay wise” he would probably be most like spike being the toughest and strongest of the group.
Dash would probably be a Cera with Ducky’s skill set being the most agile of her friends and would sometime’s ride on Clays back ( “ put me down Clay him not a kid!). She might be even more hotheaded and aggressive considering how a small dinosaur in the mysterious beyond would likely be seen as an easy target not to mention no one to put her in time out. She would probaly be the one most suspicious of Max at first due to this. In wonder if her parents would still push “girly”stuff on her, maybe given the circumstances they would be more tolerant of her daughter being a tombo,y after all you need to be rough to make it in this world sometimes.
Sorry if this is getting annoying but, with Max Going of him being created possibly would suffer from self loathing from what he possibly did when he was “indoctrinated” and feelings of him being an “abomination”not to mention being what is essentially a child stuck in an adults body this Max probably wouldn’t be had cheerful as his conuterpart. Perhaps he would even struggle with depression at times though I still see him helping people out with their troubles even when struggling with his. Hopefully he can make some friends that would help him though his troubles.
