Hello again everyone and please sorry if there has a while without new interesting drawings. I have been a bit distracted, busy and also focused in creating this new OC who I decided to call "Sparkly Emerald".
Some backstory first. Basically, I have found changelings like really nice and adorable creatures even before their "reforming process" in the show. Not to mention that after that, Thorax and Ocellus became some of my favorite characters of all and I simply love them more and more with the time. I like especially how kind they are as well as their appearance. So, after watching some nice OC designs of those adorable creatures I decided to create my own Changeling OC. At first I wasn't thinking in creating a reformed changeling because I didn't want a colorful aspect, but I think I reached a point that I really like with his final design. What do you think about him? It was absolutely funny to work on all the color details and I love crazily how the colors look, especially on screens with a better RGB range.
Some info about Sparkly Emerald. He is a really smart changeling, since he was young and the relationships with Equestria improved he decided to move to the Pony Lands to learn more about pony magic and how things worked there. He soon turned into one of the Celestia's pupils as he dedicated a lot of time to study pony magic being a completely foreign creature for the locals. He is really kind and smart, but also shy, making friends is hard for him even if he always tries to be as friendly as possible, he also loses a lot into his own thoughts.
Will I write a story to tell more about the development of this OC? Will he be related somehow to Goldigony? And diapers? All those questions won't be answered today my friends, sorry :P But maybe one day... Maybe one day...

I like what you have done with this character, Sweetie. Since I work backwards in my submission folder, I remember what you shared with me about Sparkly when we shared words in your Derpyboru pic of him with Goldigony.
Taking information from this post, along with our previous discussions, makes me see more amazing opportunities for this knowledge seeking Changeling.
First, given the point in time you have him come to equestria, I would definitely see Princess Celestia having already decided to be a mentor / tutor after finding retirement a bit too boring. It may take a lot of help to get the courage to ask Celestia if he can learn through her teaching, but I know she would accept while getting Twilight involved, as much as she can be, to assist Sparkly in acquiring what he feels is his destiny / calling in life.
Maybe, given the way Changelings feed off of an emotion, like love, Sparkly would find he feels most satiated / not hungry when he is around a group of others who are actively engaged in learning, sharing, and taking part in efforts to build upon what is known so far about Equestria, the lands beyond it, and what may be beyond Luna's Moon.
If this is possible, Sparkly would find that love is not the only powerful emotion that can fill the stomach of a Changeling. He could go on to research how high levels of various emotions, like 'excitement' and 'inspiration', may grant similar results. This may end with him creating a school within the Changeling Hive that helps young Changelings discover what emotion / feeling provides them the most optimal level of fulfillment. If this is a possibility, I would see Ocellus being a big part in helping to make 'friendship' and 'love' the core foundation of what Sparkly Emerald may see as potential for an even better metamorphosis.
