Sometimes, its just nice to step outside and even when in full blown mental disarray, that little fresh air that gets into your body just makes you feel good again.
Things have been hard. I've worried a lot of people, including family. But i'm slowly getting out of that mindset.
I was super, super worried and confused. Life seemed to fuck up in so many areas and I got scared...
My mind went to a dark, sinister place I can't even stomach to think about going again...or how vile it felt. I feel sick trying to recall it.
Finally, I started slowly coming round again. I felt very guilty for putting others through my mess.
Beccachu, Sam, Tumaini and my Mum eased me out of my dark place. I'm still not great, but I can finally speak and draw, Im enjoying my music again...
I'm sorry if I concerned anyone, i've had a lot of messages on various social media and a few notes here. I'm okay, i've got some awesome people around me. Regardless of how dark it gets, there is light.
Time to recover, rebuild and try to find myself again.
