This is Akira and Keisuke from Togainu no Chi. I hereby claim that this is the first Togainu no Chi canine-anthro fanart on the interwebs EVER (I tried searching for it but I didn't see any... sooo...). I attempted to draw Akira as a husky and Keisuke as a german shepherd but uh... I'm not skilled enough in anthro-art to make it look somewhat distinguishable. :|
