Thoronul the Valkyrie

Okay this is my idea what a version of a ‘Valkyrie’ would look like in the MLP world. I decided to make them sort of a Hippogriff/Pegasus Hybrid species that have become their own thing, mainly because the hippogriff 'ear’s reminded me of Valkyrie’ helmets and Pegasus have been associated with Valkyrie’s in recent times. So these guy’s are considered the warrior cousins to the hippogriffs, and they drink strong ale, rough house and are bigger and bulkier, while also being able to withstand colder temperatures. I like the idea that pony’s when they first encounter them, thought they were an all female species, because male 'Valkyrie’s’ just happen to have slightly higher pitched voices, though that is not the case for all males, it is common among them. Also like the idea shield sledging is a popular past time for these fearless warriors!
