Toro is a muscular English Bulldog of Mr. M's World with a wrinkled face.

Despite being the smallest canine of Mr. M's world, Toro is not a particularly kind individual, calling others a "moron" and being strong enough to pummel Bullseye, who is a bull. However, Toro cannot do well in the desert as he has a hard time staying cold.
