And better than ever

Something happened that sent me into a real long period of depression and art block, I haven't been able to find any motivation to post anything for a long time
I've sort of gotten over it and have been trying to become a bit more active slowly :>

Here's a drawing of a character that recently got transferred back to me on Toyhouse- I had forgotten about her for so long ((I sold the design as an adoptable a bit less than 3 years ago)) and she had been transferred to me out of nowhere, so I decided to draw her. I didn't think of anything to draw her doing so she's just standing. She's sort of a bat hybrid- I had drawn her originally to look much closer to a bat but I prefer to draw my characters with less of an exact species as I think it lets me be more creative with the design.

I've been practicing with a more vibrant and "painterly" style of art (not sure what to call it), don't know if it'll stick around for long but I'm liking it so far
