Hey all,
I decided to try to revisit my idea of doing a bunch of ABDL/Diaperfur stories based on animals from the Chinese Zodiac. The story here will be about the Pig/Boar from the Chinese Zodiac, called “The Planet of the Warhogs and Monkoose!”.
This may confuse some of you who remember the original idea for this was going to center around hillbillies and weight gain, but I recently came up with this idea and realized I preferred this one much more!
My idea is about an ABDL species based off of this video showing a mutualistic symbiotic relationship between Warthogs and Mongooses:
https://youtu.be/MvZJA-FEiIA
As shown in the video, when Warthogs are unable to wallow in mud to repel ticks or other parasites, they will find a group of Mongooses and lay down before them so that the Mongooses can eat the insects off of the Warthogs’ skin.
The Mongoose get a meal and Warthogs get a relaxing spa treatment (seriously they look so cute and zen when the Mongooses are grooming them)! 😚
I thought about this real-life relationship and then I realized that it had some fun potential for an ABDL-themed idea.
I can imagine on an alien planet where a group of Warthog-like creatures evolve into a race of fearsome anthropomorphic warriors I would call ‘Warhogs.’
As their name would imply, they are naturally an incredibly aggressive species that are easily offended and can fly in blind rages over the most minor of offenses.
This combative nature would have led to many planet-wide wars between different Warhog clans if not for the other notable sentient species on the planet, the gentle Mongoose-like Monkoose (the name serves as a reference to zen Monks).
I imagine that for these alien species, at first the Monkoose ancestors were simply tiny groomers of the much larger Warhogs. However, as each species evolved, so too did their relationship.
The Monkoose became more and more involved with Warhog life, providing care and emotional support for the large, porcine species, while the Warhogs protected the tiny Monkoose from any predators that would try to harm them.
While the Warhogs developed large muscular bodies to help defend their tiny friends, their protective instincts became too sensitive, to the point where the Warhogs began to suffer a sense of an almost constant paranoia that the Monkoose were under attack from invisible threats.
The Monkoose evolved rather interesting traits to counter this development, specifically empathetic and telekinetic abilities.
As empaths, they could not only more easily address the emotional needs of the Warhogs but they also project their own feelings of safety and zen directly into the Warhogs’ minds, which greatly reduced the paranoia the Warhogs were suffering from.
Still, even without the crippling paranoia, the Warhogs were still naturally quite aggressive, but thanks to the Monkoose’s newly developed empathetic abilities, they were able to find an effective if not unusual solution.
The Monkoose’s connection into the Warhogs’ minds found that if the Warhogs were allowed to embrace an infantile state of mind, their aggression levels could be greatly reduced to the point where they would be able to focus on helping the Monkoose improve the quality of life for both species.
As a result, despite Warhogs being hulking muscular brutes (although many do in fact sport chubby bellies due to their hearty appetites), it is not unusual to see them wearing diapers at all stages of their development.
In fact, Warhogs fully embrace infantile clothes, such as onesies, rompers, sunsuits, shortalls, and even sailor suits. There was even a special class of Warhogs that sought to make their garments as infantile as possible as a symbol of pride by including flourishes frills, ribbons, bows, lace, and bright pastel colors, particularly shades of pink.
This group of Warhogs proudly wear the title of ‘Sissies’ although they actually include both males and females amongst their ranks.
In addition to their clothes, Warhogs lived in dwellings that greatly resembled nurseries, where both young and old Warhogs slept in cribs and had plenty of toys strewn about for their amusement while the Monkoose addressed their needs.
While this might seem like the Monkoose were servants to the Warhogs, this wasn’t actually the case.
By the time the Warhogs had embraced their infantile lifestyles, a unique development occurred in the symbiotic evolution of the two species.
The reproductive cycles of the Monkoose and the Warhogs had become increasingly in sync over the previous generations until they had finally become perfectly aligned.
As a result of this, both species saw that as soon as individuals from one species were born, they would form an immediate empathetic connection with a member of the other species.
These bonded Monkoose and Warhogs were essentially ‘soulmates’ in that the Monkoose felt an innate desire to tend to the happiness of their corresponding Warhog, and the Warhog would in turn protect and obey their Monkoose with every ounce of their strength.
The ‘obey’ part was a key part of Warhog culture, for although the Monkoose pampered and fed them, it was universally agreed upon that all Warhogs would obey any order given them by a Monkgoose.
The one exception to this rule would be if a Monkoose ordered a Warhog to attack his or her respective ‘soul mate’ Monkoose, for a Warhog could never even think about doing such a thing.
Luckily such a cruel request has never been made as the Monkoose are pure pacifists. So much so in fact that they have a very difficult time using their aforementioned telekinetic abilities in any type of offensive or harmful capacity.
Instead, they put their telekinetic abilities to use in cleaning, feeding, playing with, and changing the diapers of the much larger Warhogs, which would prove to be quite a difficult task if they could only rely on their tiny paws.
With individual Warhogs and Monkoose forming ‘soul’ bonds since birth, these pairings tend to be the fundamental ‘family’ unit of the planet, with each bonded pair getting their own space and being provided with basic amenities by their government.
Sometimes, if two Warhogs or two Monkoose particularly enjoy each other’s company, then the soul pairs can move in together, with the Warhogs taking the role of the ‘children’ of the family while the Mongoose take on the role of the ‘parents.’
The government of their Warhog-Monkoose society consists of different panels, such as those focusing on agriculture, legislation, and diplomacy, where Warhogs will air their grievances and Monkooses will then find solutions and/or compromises.
These Monkoose decisions are considered law by the Warhogs, and the latter rarely find fault with them.
Lastly, the Warhogs and the Monkoose have also recently opened their planet up to intergalactic visitors. However, many guests of the planet are shocked to find that wearing diapers on the planet is an absolute must, as Warhogs consider it highly offensive to see someone not sporting some form of padding.
If said guests would hope to entreaty some assistance from the seemingly more reasonable Monkoose, then they would find themselves out of luck.
While the Monkoose are not offended by others not wearing padding like the Warhogs are, they do firmly believe that diapers and other infantile accouterments are key to experiencing true blissful zen, and thus they will usually enforce this rule themselves, as politely as possible, even using their telekinetic powers to ‘help’ the poor witting soul into babyish garb and a fresh diaper before they even have a chance to process what has occurred.

Well, that about sums up everything I could think about for this idea. What do you think? Was there anything you found unclear or contradictory?
