So, in Baxter's universe they don't have fur on their feet. When it comes to my animal characters you can determine which universe they're part of based on their ear placement. Baxter for instance has ears on top of his head whereas Vincent has ears on the sides of his head.
The fur patches works similarly to human hair, they're usually on the chest, armpits and groin (and feet if we're talking about Vincent's universe). But any other hairiness (arms, belly, legs, face, etc.) would be human hair instead of fur. So there wouldn't be a case where someone was covered in fur. Facial features are always human.
