I really like Churp, that kobold that's too thicc and constantly gets stuck in things, and I wanted to try to capture that energy. I didn't want to do a kobold because that felt like it would be too much of a knock-off.

And it was Gnollvember at the time, so I decided to do a gnoll - very original, I know.

You've heard of child-bearing hips, but have you considered... Shield bearing hips? Nothing gets past this gnoll's double-wide thighs, and they hip-checks like a plesioth!

I imagine they're some kind of shield maiden. Or shield enby. Or whatever. Very focused on protecting their team. They wield double studded shields to punch with when they need to, but they're more focused on putting themself bodily between danger and their allies. however they also frequently get stuck in normal sized doorways, and getting them through tight crawlspaces is right out. They're mildly embarassed about their size when it becomes an issue, but extremely proud (and mildly embarassed) when it's a boon.

They need a name, and maybe a gender, but I haven't come up with a good one yet. Palisade, Bastion and Bulwark were suggested... Buttress would be... strangely appropriate.
