The finale of the masked pokemon singer is here. Season 2 was a tough battle to fight, maybe even tougher than last season. Who will be the winner? Will water improve from third to first and our queen will be a Slowking? Could our first male champion be crowned this season, the buggy Heracross? Perhaps the Gliscor will soar past the others in terms of votes. No matter who wins tonight, it’s going to be the most tense episode of the season! Meowth:Oh my! Even before the actual match begins they’re already fighting! You can tell this is going to be a great finale. Meowths’ the name, hosting is my game. My game used to be reportin’ for a while, back in the Siivagunner times, and I’m also playing a thievin’ game on main. With us our judges who are playin’ a game of their won.

Hata No Kokoro:*thinking mask* A game of which I am tied for last with Eddie in. While he and I are at 6 both Dudley and Linda are at 7.

Eddie Noodleman:But it’s still anyone's game, and I might have a chance of getting an additional 2 points. Of course, unlike Kokoro I won’t get a big ego about it.

Linda Belcher:Also in case you're wondering that’s Eddie, Edide Noodleman, Dudley is the Puppy-

Dudley:Hi there!

Linda Belcher:-and I’m Linda Belcher of Bob’s Burgers. The girl with the floating masks over there is named Hata No Kokoro.

Wobbuffet:Wobbuffett!

Meowth:And I’m your host, Meow-*realization* Wait, I already introduced myself. But what I haven’t done is explain what happened last time.

Kokoro:*logical mask* I mean it’s pretty self explanatory. Last week Charizard, Toxicroak, and Axew kicked the bucket. Retrospectively, they were revealed to be Pig Goat Banana Cricket’s Goat, American Dad’s Roger Smith and Rocket Raccoon from the Marvel Comics.

Eddie:And we already established the scores of the voting game and that I used my Special Move. It was on Gliscor and I’m feeling really confident in my guess.

Meowth:And I’m confident you won’t be calling ILLUMINATION this time and will actually pay attention to the performances?

Minions:ILLUMINATION! ILLUMINATION? ILLUMINATION.

Meowth:QUIET!

Dudley:*surprised* That’s the second time that’s happened!

Eddie:Don’t worry, you won’t be hearing a word out of that phone this time around. I didn’t want to get distracted this time so I left it at home.

Kokoro:*teasing mask* You mean your family's pool house?

Eddie:Potato, Potahto, Tomato Tomahto.

Meowth:Anyways, like last season, we’ll have a special form of clues. These clues will be in the form of letters from people that they are really close too. Their names will of course be censored but the censor bar may be a clue in itself, so pay close attention to them!!

Linda:All right! I’ve got my thinking glasses on and I’ve made sure they’re wiped clean.

Meowth:If you, reader, have any guesses as to who they are you might want to leave them in the comments this will be the last chance you have to guess after all.

Dudley:Oh my! I didn’t know that!

Meowth:...*baffled* Seriously?

Dudley:I mean I knew it was the last chance for us to guess but I didn’t know the viewers couldn’t guess after the finale either.

Meowth:Okay then. Now, then we’ll be going in order of the time that the letters were submitted, from latest to earliest. It was only a few minute difference but those minutes made all the difference. The last letter we got was from a member of the family of the Slowking that wasn’t her grandfather. What he wrote was very interesting, and phrased in an interesting way too.

Hello, it’s me, the other singer of the family. I notice that your clue package did not mention me all that much. Yes, your grandfather and I never got along, but you and I seemed to get along decently. It’s still better than the relationship I have with the cleaning machine who tried to kill us. Granted she did say it was because of the boomers' abandonment. Still, it’s strange. He claimed not to remember building that bot. Then again considering how old he is, he may have just forgotten. That may explain why his singing is also 99.78 awful. Your singing though levels at 99.78% good. So I’m rooting for you despite your mention of me. You better win though. If you lose then I’ll have to recalculate everything, lol. But seriously, win this for us.

Eddie:I’ll never understand what a Menreiki's emotions are like. You can’t feel emotions but somehow you're really good at faking them?

Kokoro:*happy mask* Being approximately 1300 years old gives you experience. But I did like the performance.

Meowth:Meowyaza, who wouldn’t!? This has been the best finale of the series so far!

Eddie:*stern* No offense, but we’ve only had 2 finales so far and one of them isn’t even finished yet.

Meowth:Speaking of call backs, Slowking, one of the previous finalists was a water type too. And being an inventor you must share some similarities with Sandy. But obviously you aren’t Sandy since we don't repeat contestants.

Dudley:Is this leading up to the clue?

Meowth:That’s right! Instead of saying how you two are similar, why don’t we instead try to see how their different.

Slowking:Well for starters I’m much younger and don’t live under the water. However, a much more notable difference is our species.

Eddie:So that means they aren’t squirrels. Great that narrows it down a lot.

Slowking:I’m also way more younger than her too! In fact, I’m the youngest of the finalist.

Kokoro:*surprised mask* The youngest of the finalists? That means it’s not Nitori Kawashiro after all. *vigilante mask* If that’s the case where are you Nitori.

Nitori:Right here!

Kokoro:*happy mask* Hello Nitori, thank you for that introduction in Antimony of Common Flowers. *thinking mask* Now then, I believe I know who this is. It’s none other than Penny from the Warioware series.

Eddie:That’s who I was thinking too. It sounds like Heracross is pretty young as well, maybe in high school or something. And what is younger than high school? Middle school. Penny is in middle school and it sounds more likely to be here then Ashley, especially since Ashley probably thinks this is dumb.

Dudley:And the water theming makes sense due to her water invention in Gold! Not to mentioned that she was one of the newer characters in the series, though not the newest.

Linda:Ooh! And her grandpa that she mentions in her clues! I think it might be Dr.Crygor. But then who was the guy who wrote the letter?

Meowth:We can’t tell you that. But what we can tell you Slowpoke, that was an amazing cover!

Meowth:However the show isn’t over yet.

Meowth:Honestly I get that. Looking back at those episodes she hadn’t been treatin’ you well. I’m just glad your friends were there to help defend you. Sadly, the Heracross dosen’t have his friends by his side. But thankfully one of them managed to write a letter to him, and it was turned in just between the other two. So he’s up next.
Heracross’ Letter:Hello my old friend,

Okay that sounded too formal. Guess that guy got into my head a little bit. You know when I first joined this troupe I didn’t actually show my face. I’ve always been into robots, but performing as one was a bit ridiculous. It was also helpful though. Thanks to her I wouldn’t have taken my first steps towards performing on stage for real. We’ve had some pretty wacky adventures after that huh? Potato Zombies, visiting the U.S.A, getting stranded on a desert island. As bizarre as it is, and as strange as the others are, those were pretty fun. But your latest solo act isn’t over. You may be alone but I’ll be right here by your side in spirit. A bit cliche I know, must be that star taking over. Just win for us and those in that world.

Meowth:What a beautiful song! It was something that I certainly wasn’t expecting to come from your mouth. It’s a stark contrast to your songs from before.

Kokoro:*happy mask* Indeed, I feel as though this one felt a lot more genuine in terms of feelings. It felt as though you were really pouring your heart out to us in this song, especially near the ending.

Heracross:*sniff* Guess I…really felt the Heracross’ feelings go through me.

Meowth:That’s something last season's bug type tried to do as well, but they seemed to fall a little flat. Outside of song choice, gender and species, what differentiates you from them?

Heracross:*thinking* You mean that wolf, Legoshi? Well, he often tried what made him unique while I was more proud of my uniqueness. But of course, that isn’t to say that I haven’t tried to hide those things too, especially when one of my coworkers got hurt. I had tried to play things safe even though he didn’t seem to mind the danger he was in.

Meowth:*thinking* When that happened to the wolf he became much more assertive and tried to rescue that poor girl dearly taking matters into his own hands when not even the mayor would do something like that.

Linda:So he at the very least has a job and something happened to one of his co-workers. I’m not really getting any clues from that so I’m just going to say Dr.Heinz Doofenshmirtz? I mean when the Doof ray hit basically everywhere he did take a while to actually fight back.

Dudley:I’m not entirely sure I agree. I’ve been doing some thinking and maybe, just maybe, it’s the professor from the Leap Frog Cartoons? I mean when that tornado came outta nowhere and pretty much destroyed the city it was up to a kid to turn it off.

Kokoro:No, I believe I do know who this is after all. I initially guessed PBGC's Cricket, a mistake I rushed into deeply. Now that I’ve been humbled, I think this might be Rui Kamashiro from Hatsune Miku:Colorful Stage. The person was Tsukasa. He didn’t hurt him, but one of his inventions did, by accident.

Eddie:After that it took some pretty big persuasion from the others to keep going. Just like they did in the main WxS story where it was Tsukasa who caused hurt, in terms of feelings, to his dear childhood friend who I believe wrote the letter.

Meowth:Interesting guesses, but are any of them correct? We’ll find out when the unmasking comes. That time is not now however as there’s still one more contestant left.

Heracross:Ah yes, I do believe that contestant you are referring to is currently getting herself strapped up to the rope right now. She seems a bit nervous however.

Gliscor:*scared* A little nervous? More like a lot of nervousness!

Linda:Oh my! That’s the highest you’ve gone so far! No wonder you seem nervous.

Meowth:I-if you want we can lower you down and we can just drop you off somewhere lower.

Gliscor:N-no, it’s fine. I can handle it! I just need..some encouragement.

Dudley:Encouragement? But where can you get some? The encouragement poster store is closed today!

Kokoro:*angry mask* As if a hang in there poster is going to help her feel better.

Gliscor:No, the encouragement I need is from someone I care about dearly. Meowth, I was the first one to receive my letter.

Meowth:Why yes I do.

Gliscor:Go on, play the clue package then!

Meowth:You got it!

Gliscor’s Letter:Hey honey,

I imagine that you might be a bit nervous before your latest performance. I’d like to say that facing your fears is never easy. I was definitely scared of that Rube Goldberg machine. It was probably my fault. I stepped out of line after all. It was unpredictable, and somewhat scary, but I survived. You survived too when you did it back at that theater of red. You even saved someone’s life, and not by song. You’ve jumped down before, so what's the harm in taking another leap of faith? Just remember, no matter what happens I’ll be here for you. Just take a few deep breaths in and out. It may be high, but you’ve been in space before. I think you can handle it. One of the judges thinks so too. Prove us right okay?

Dudley:I just noticed that 2 out of the 3 finale songs were japanese instead of english. You were the only one who signed english. Similarly, the only song our flying type rep snag back in season 1 also probably would have only sang english. What differences do you have from him.

Gliscor:Well I don’t recall Calvin having any kids for starters, but I think another prime difference is that I don’t just have triple trouble. I’m not a member of a gang though one of my co-workers just happens to be related to one.

Dudley:Not a member of a gang but one of your friends is? *realization* Of course! You are none other than the sister of Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu. I mean her brother is in the yakuza!

Kokoro:Natsumi Kuzuryu is dead and even if she wasn’t that would not make much sense considering she’s in high school.

Dudley:Oh right! I forgot the other clues.

Linda:Well it sounds like Eddie has an idea.

Linda:If you're thinking of that one then you might be right.

Kokoro:*smiling* Oh! I’ll take that geuss as well. If you're so confident that you might get two points for it then I’ll follow suit. You might be the only one of the three to get it right. Third times the charm as they say.
