I saw this in a friend's fav gallery and immediately fell in love: this is absolutely gorgeous.

I love the background; the way the soft focus puts the power pylon and lines in the far distance against the nice pastel blue and rose hues of the sky. Great use of color and perspective.

And, the foreground detail is incredible; the flashes of sunlight on the shiny, cold chrome glint of the gun are simply exquisite. Fantastic use of light and shadow.

I also love the character's total disregard for the " keep out" sign...nice touch! The cool pose and "what's it to ya, punk?" expression are perfect!

Every element in this leads my eye to the character's face and expression. That's what a really good portrait does for me. Very, very nice! *new watcher* ^_^
