Here's the third out of four request that 
martinlach wanted me to make for him.
So here's Martin meeting Rosalina and I'm not sure if she has met Yoshi before him or not from what I remembered, but she came into her Comet Observatory while she was gazing at the stars in the sky from her telescope, but Martin spooked her a bit and she really didn't like it when someone scares her while her back was turned. Now SFM didn't have the background of the inside of her ship called Comet Observatory at all either, so I did my best and used the Splatoon stadium and it's a little bit like it belong inside a ship so I did my best.
