I honestly just picked up this game on a whim because I saw it on sale for 20 bucks new.
Heard it was good and was definitely not disappointed. Story was great, gameplay and combat were fun (though class grinding is kinda time consuming), and overall is a great spiritual successor of the original turn-based Final Fantasy games.
Aladar specialized in the Ranger Class while my Gloria was a White Mage. (Those are the job outfits they are wearing)
The ending to this game is really good, but I do imagine in ShadowWeregarurumon Aladar's case, it would be of him returning to his world after their quest to destroy the Night's Nexus came to an end.
