While I'd love to see what's in the other room, neutralizing the boogie now wouldn't even let us see it, so I don't see the point in wasting the Discharge Burst now for a nonexistant reward and a pointless killing.
While the elevator being called might make a sound which might alert the Cloaked Boogie, if it's all the way down the opposite hall, then it's likely that it'd take longer for it to reach us than it would be for us to hide in say, the conveniently placed duct.
Vote B. No sense in wasting a shock on something we can hide from after calling the elevator.

We have received and upgrade that we can be relatively certain will work on the standard variants we have seen so far. However this new boogi is a complete X factor, what are the patterns it follows what are the rules it has, is it immune to shocks, why is it wearing a clock and seemingly the only expressive Boogi we have meet. For all the se reasons I can't justify attempting to Neutralize it. there are to many unknowns and we have already got a distraction.

Well I am fairly confident we have lost a life here the patreon voters wanted to and I qoute SeE wHaT tHe NeW uPgRaDe WiLl Do, against a new and SENTIENT variant of these boogis, sigh, at least I have given up on this game so I am not as upset at the wasted life, but it still sucks they threw it away for no reason.
I know I'm probably not the first to say it, but this series could definitely work as some sort of Ren'py project. Not so sure about the lives system, but I can definitely see some sort of game over system being implemented for your little story.
Then again, I could be totally wrong for this line of reasoning.
