Hmm,… yeah, that sign does look heavy, but I’m sure she’ll be fine,… I think she has acouple of her nine lives left,… maybe,… ;)
So, to celebrate hitting 2000 watchers on DA, here is a picture from the first artist I ever commissioned, of the first character I ever commissioned, in, well, much the same situation that I first commissioned. Seemed fitting to me. ;)
Toughset has once again done amazing work here with my favorite, and oh so sinkable, comic book heroine, Black Cat, cause she looks amazing. Marvelous pose and expression, I love the little tension line in her eye that really shows her reaction to the situation beautifully. The depth is great, and I love the sand squishing up abit into her very impressive cleavage, and the quicksand looks incredible, so thick and gooey and treacherous. You really get a great sense of her being weighed down by that sign, and slowly sinking down into the mire. Excellently done. Hmm,… I wonder if she’ll still be around to hold the 3000 sign, when I get to that point. ;)

Oh, she was very gracious to assist with the celebrations, but clearly she didn't know what she was getting herself into, literally. ;). Hmm, good question. ;).
