Truthfully, Mecha Sonic required no assistance applying a new coat of paint, but the tiny human's enthusiasm was, admittedly, a little infectious.
The tiny paint roller - not Mecha's first choice of tool - brushing along his forearm was an odd feeling, as was the pitter-patter of tiny feet that followed it. Such a tiny thing, so eager to help in its own miniscule way... After such a long time on this island, discarded and forgotten for decades, it was... strange to see outsiders so excited to help.

I always adored this guy, and I am so happy to see him in official material again.

I love this version of Mecha Sonic A LOT. I listened to the dub version on on YouTube by CorbysCubby and it TOTALLY made me wanna cry. I even re-read the entire physical comic book TODAY and loved it just as much as the dub.
