The width of the top strap is 1.5", and the total width with the liner is 2". Collar will be sized to fit the buyer. This item is made to order- please allow 4-6 weeks for completion.
Payment plans available upon request, with a $100 deposit. The collar will not be shipped until it is paid for in full. If the buyer fails to make a scheduled payment on the item, the sale may be cancelled without refund and the item resold.
