These gouache postcards are part of a large series where I will be aiming to paint 100 landscapes. These were painted in 2022.
Postcard 15 Mountains In The Sky - A loose painting of a sunset over mountains featuring a large looming cloud over a valley of mist.
Postcard 16 Bamboo Fountain - This postcard was inspired by the Brisbane Botanical Gardens we often visit on sunny days.
Postcard 17 Sunrays - The last hint of yellow light peaks over the forest in this postcard painting. An unusual colour palette choice for me but something I would love to paint in again.
Postcard 20 Flock - This painting was inspired by a trip to Sydney, NSW last year for a convention. The landscape was lit so beautifully as we drove interstate in the early afternoon
