Got another ridiculous thing servers deal with, especially in America as I have seen this first hand
A server will get to their table and see a "large" tip. They have been seen as large as $100USD dollar bills!
BUT its actually FAKE money with some scripture on the back or information about their church.
This is scummy and disgusting. Oh and the best part??? 3/4ths of the time they dont leave ANY actual tip! So the server basically makes nothing! Cuz yay tip culture!
I think I managed to find this less than 5 times as a host at [REDACTED] but it was still really crappy to do...
