Frozen Steakums 14 count box
1/2 a sweet onion diced
18 mild pickled jalapeno slices diced 1/4 cup
1/2 cup diced shiitake mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced pickled pepperchinis diced
Sargento mozzarella
Sargento mild cheddar
1/4 slice of provolone or shredded provolone
Chulula hot sauce original
Sweet tiger hot sauce
3 to 6 tbs Sweet baby Ray's
1 tbs honey Dijon mustard
1 tbs Arby's horse radish sauce
1tbs Black pepper
1/2 tbs sea salt
1/2 tbs Oregno
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs chili powder
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cummin
1/2 tsp steak seasoning
Fresh store bought egg roll dough pre prepped.
1 large eggs

🐼Step 1
Grab and wash your pre sliced mushrooms. Than grab a cutting board take your sliced mushrooms than dice them up on the cutting board than slide the diced mushrooms into the bowl.
After you diced your mushrooms take 1 sweet onion unused 1/2 a large sweet onion after you slice half the sweet onion take the slices cut them in half and proceed to diced the onion. After the sweet onion is diced slide the onion into the bowl with the mushrooms.
🐼Step 2
Take your tamed sliced pickled jalapenos than dice them up do the same with the pickled slices pepperchinis. After you diced your peppers dump them into the bowl with the mushrooms and onions.
🐼Step3
Grab a frying pan spray it with pam. Dump the dicd onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, and peppercins into the frying pan.
Added your black pepper,seasalt, cayenne pepper, cumin, steak seasoning,garlic powder,Chula hot sauce,tiger sauce . Than mix the ingredients together than cover with a lid turn the burner on to a medium heat stir every few minutes.
🐼Step 4
In this step grab a frying sauce pan spray it with pam. Than take your 14 servings of frozen Steakums and turn the burner to a medium heat and cover allow the streak to cook for 2 minutes covered before using a spatula to chop up the beef. Cook until browned a stir and mix up every few minutes.
🐼Step 5
After your steak is done cooking drop the sauce pans temp down to low or simmer and your veggies are nice and tender dump your veggies into the sauce pan with your chopped steak also add your shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella, bbq sauce, horse radish sauce, and honey Dijon mustard here. Than mix all the ingredients really well once the cheese is melted in remove from the burner to allow everything to cool.

Gab a small bowl crack 1 egg and scramble it keep a spoon or cooking brush with the egg. On a small paper plat or napkin place your eggrolls shells, and provolone cheese.
🐼Step 7 grab
2 baking pans place aluminum foil onto them and spray with pam.
🐼Step 8
Take a eggrolls she'll take 1/4 slice or a pinch of shredded provolone cheese onto the eggrolls she'll. Than add 1 1/2 to 2 of your steak and veggie mix to the eggrolls than roll follow the directions to roll the eggrolls shell and place onto a plate until step 11

Repeat step 8 until all the eggrolls shells have been filled and rolled up.

Pre heat the oven to 375° to 380°

Take the plate of rolled eggrolls take 1 egg roll at a time spread the scrambled egg was on the eggrolls so they are evenly coated than place onto the backing pan . Repeat step 10 until all your eggrolls are covered place them on to the trays evenly place 9 eggrolls on each baking pan.

Place your baking pans into the oven cook at 375 to 380° cook for 18 to 20 minutes flipping the eggrolls half way through and rotation baking pans half way through cooking

Pull your eggrolls out of the oven
Place ontop the stove to allow them to cool than serve and eat.
This recipe is a 3 variation of the same recipe with a few difference to the other recipes.
