Reverence T. Malephar (yes the T does stand for Trouble) in his 20s and at age 52 respectively and Vedreskar Ralmevik in his 20s and later in his early 40s respectively.

A lot happens to them before they technically meet as adults. Rev's been at minimum 27 years since that younger picture of him, and Dresk at least 20 years. Rev, who was a made man in the mafia, fucked up and got his whole crew killed and nearly himself too. There's a real gnarly shotgun scar under that vest and shirt. Dresk meanwhile broke himself out of a cycle of violence as an assassin by literally blowing himself up to escape (well, partially anyway) and taking up a life as a wandering vagabond afterwards. The two met b/c Rev's dad, who Dresk owes a debt and works for sometimes, sent Dresk after Rev to stop him from taking revenge on his old mob boss.

(As a note, Rev has an 1895 Burgess Folding Shotgun in that second picture, yes it is cool as shit, yes I decided this literally years ago when I first made him for the game he was in.)
