True to RAYs it is amphibious but rarely does it ever go on land

Origins: previously owned by an unknown PMC who repainted and installed an advanced learning AI for combat. After the fall of SOP, RAY goes offline during regular ocean patrols and the PMC disbands leaving the Metal gear in the ocean due to being unable to retrieve it. Time passes and the RAY, after a complete AI self reset and restart, is back online. Not being under any control the AI learned and took behavioral traits of marine creatures, namely whales and sharks. Thus making it into what it is today.
