Last session of Curse of Strahd, the group got a tour of the Abbey of Saint Markovia, and fought some wights in the garden. It all started when our owlin companion, Ula, decided a rabbit would make a good meal. Afterwards, another rabbit popped up, and Idalia wanted to pet it and apologize for her companion hunting their family (cousin, as it turned out.) Idalia lifted the rabbit over the garden wall to show it the countryside, changing its world forever. However, it is ot a good idea to have a pet in Barovia. She left the rabbit in its garden with a promise to come back. But, the poor thing had seen outside the cave, so to speak, and now must go back. The rabbit might also certainly be dead, as another player's owl familiar seemed to be enjoying a meal as they left, but Idalia isn't thinking about that right now.
